    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I just got an email today from someone who signed up with my http://www.FaunaAds.com website and paid into their account to set it up. Well after reading a response from them and looking at their account, it finally dawned on me that they apparently did not understand what FaunaAds is really set up for. From what I gathered, they thought that it was a payment front end to post classified ads on this site. So that caused me to wonder if other people have been confused about this as well.

No, posting classified ads (in BOTH sections) on this site are for free. No one has to pay anything in order to post ads there.

FaunaAds.com is designed to allow anyone interested to place banner ads and text ads on this site as well as a few others that I maintain. It really has nothing at all to do with the classified ads. Anyone using FaunaAds is encouraged to read the FAQ section as well as spend some time reading and understanding what it is used for before actually jumping in. As with most other things, there is a learning curve involved, but once you get your first banner or text ad running, you will find that it is extremely easy and flexible to use.

And of course, if anyone has any problems getting started, you simply need to contact me and I will help you out.

Actually there have been a few people who put money into their accounts yet did not set up any banner or text ads. It wasn't until this current situation that it dawned on me what might be the problem. I guess I need to put something on FaunaAds about this.....
