• Responding to email notices you receive.

    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Yeah, I was talking about that with someone earlier today, they were asking me why I hold onto my hatchling for 3-4 months before I sell them. Couple of reasons, I want to be 100% sure that they are perfectly healthy and eating, second, I love watching them change, lol, I'd keep 'em that long for that reason only really.... and lastly... you could have a hatchling that looks "OK", only to have it turn into an absolute stunner! You could miss a chance for a kick rear holdback, or end up undercharging for an amzing animal ( that last reason is the last reason for a reason..lol... its the least of the considerations for me )...

For example, my hold back male this season from the bell hets... when hatched looked like this....

and two months later looks like this....

hehe... man this hobby excites me!

Clyde looks like he is going to be a SMOKER by the way, good pickup!

I know I love it, These are my first Leos and i am soooo addicted. I can't wait to breed them. I seperated Bonnie and Clyde now that they are older and I know they are male and female. I have been reading a lot on breeding and incubating so i am ready when I decide I want to breed them. I will probably end up keeping all the babies.lol My hubby knew when I got them that we would be overun with leos eventually. He likes them too though. That holdback you have is beautiful by the way.
