Tobacco is a natural insecticide, parasite killer. When I was younger, we used to de-worm our coon hounds with Skoal, or Copenhagen. Put a little dab in their food, and it cleaned them right out. It seems I'm always reading about someone acquiring a wild caught cribo, and invariably, the subject of treating for parasites always comes up. Some say, not to use certain medications on drymarchon, and some say not to do it at all, because it kills everything in the gut, and snakes need a certain amount of beneficial bacteria. So then why not use a little dab of tobacco to clean them out, and then a shot of that Pro Biotic product, that's now on the market to replace the good stuff. Of course no matter what you give them, it probably won't kill crypto, which will kill them eventually anyway. But how about something different. More natural. And by replacing the good bacteria in the gut, we just may see some good results. Now let's hear it guys.
