In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

You know, that is actually an excellent shot considering the difficulty level such a photo would have made for the old days with a manual camera. Generally light objects on dark backgrounds get completely washed out unless you use spot metering and bracket the shot.

It's actually an impressive feat!

I never really thought about it to that extent, but now that you mention it I guess it really is pretty amazing. I am going to buy a Fuji 2600, it is also a 2 Megapixel digi but has 6x Optical zoom and macro, I will post a pic with it also, I am hopeing it will be better for extreme close ups. Since you have been doing this a lot longer than me Webslave, could you recommend a good digi for closeups in the 200 to 400 dollar range or so? Thanks
