    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

I am looking to purchase 2-3 Southern Leopard Frog tadpoles to raise and keep in a home terrarium.

Southern, not Northern. The species actually matters, as once they're large enough they'll join my non-cannibalistic adult male (His preferred food is being handfed crickets).
 
Just in case it comes up, the Colorado Department of Wildlife and Parks holds that it is legal to own any non-native tropical and sub-tropical amphibian. Southern Leopard Frog ranges do not extend into Colorado.

So it is legal to purchase and have tadpoles of that species mailed to me.
