    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I just wanted to let everyone know what an A+ experience I had dealing with Tim Koppenhofer from Special K Reptiles this weekend. He put up with all my annoying requests & questions as I went back and fourth between Tim and 5 other sellers this weekend for snakes I was considering. In the end I decided I was getting the best over quality, service and value from Tim and went ahead with the purchase.

Tim replied to each and every email promptly, answered each question with great detail, sent numerous pictures of the snake I was interested in and all without once complaining. Tim also showed concern over the health of snake when the temps dropped below 25 degrees and suggested we wait another day. So far, my experience with Tim and Special K have been positive and I am sure I will receive a top quality snake as soon as the weather permits it.
Thank you Tim for your patience, flexibility and understanding!
 
Yes Tim is an excellent person I have dealt with him before and I see him almost every month at the Columbus Ohio Reptile show. He has some great animals and is funny as h3ll. No dount I will do business with him again.

Tim is without a doubt a great guy. I did a trade with him a few months back and everything went great. The animal I got from him is outstanding.
 
As always, nothing but good things to say about Tim. I see him all the time at shows and have personally gotten animals form him. He is definately one of the good guys!

Where is Tim

Do any of you know how to get in touch with Tim by any chance?

I have been trying to reach him for a few days now in order to get some shipping information on the Hypo I bought and paid for on February 5th. He couldn't ship the snake last week due to colder temps than either of us were comfortable with. I've been trying to reach him since Thursday and he isn’t replying to any of my emails.

I’m sure he just hasn’t had a chance to check emails or if he is able to get emails at all.

Any help would be appreciated.

No worries

I'm not worried in that sense, I know Tim's an honest guy and I have nothing to worry about. He did mention that he had some shows to go to this week and I'm sure that is why he hasn't replied.

I just wanted to get together on a ship date this week to avoid any further inconvenience he may have by housing, feeding & cleaning after my snake... :D

Done deal

As promised Tim came thru with this great Hypo male from basically boas (peachy line) and trust me he looks better in person. Shipping was prompt, packaging was very professional, heat pack was still warm, snake looks very healthy, great temperament, great colors. I am very happy with my transaction and the quality I got from Tim at Special K Reptiles.

Tim is a great guy!

I bought 5 cages fom Tim about a year ago and he even delivered them to my house (for gas money no less). The cages are great and Tim couldnt have been better. Thanks for the cages Tim!

Great guy, great snakes

I picked up a really nice female pastel boa at the Columbus show yesterday. She is beautiful even though she is in shed. I can't wait to see her in a few days.

We recently purchased a trio of boas, from Special K Reptiles. They were shipped out less than 24 hours after Tim received payment, he gave all the tracking information, and the packaging was great. The trio was well cared for, definitely didn't miss any meals, and were very clean, no mites or other problems.
Tim is a great person to talk to and very informative, we asked just about every question possible and Tim answered them all and then some, happily.
Would not hesitate to buy from again, wait we have 4 more boas on order from Tim right now.
Would recommend him to all.
