    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

anyone who reads this ridiculousness won't so business with either. as far as the court case goes it doesn't matter. no conviction. there are much bigger names in reptiles that have been actually convicted of smuggling endangered species to worry about someone who was only indicted is silly.

What exactly are you contributing?? And it's hardly only 1 indictment. And it certainly doesn't look dropped or dismissed. And I am not really concerned about people doing or not doing business with me. I do this for a living and have for many years. My customer base is broad ranging internationally. I rarely even advertise. Anyway thanks again for your input. I respect

There is a record from the 2007 conviction and there is proof of the 2014 indictment. If I have to prove the validity of my legal documented animals than Barry should also prove his innocence . What's good for the goose....

And what does Tom crutchfield have to do with this???
 
Oh and your bigger fish??? They never did anything to me. Also I guess you don't understand the gravity of a situation like someone accusing you publicly of having illegal naultinus. It's not something I will take lightly. And since Barry is directly linked and involved in the mike matson issues I would say he's big enough. Both of these guys are guilty of harassment and cyber bullying one of them to a 15 year old girl. So making this medium sized bad fish float to the surface so everyone can get a whiff of the stench once you open him up. Well Think frying him is sufficient
 
Accusing me of having illegal Naultinus is much more damaging than you could ever imagine( multiple felonies) and if you can't graps that concept I hope you aren't ever accused in public of committing such an offense. Especially when done so by someone( Barry lambert) with two indictments under their belt for smuggling animals.

It's not butthurt it's a defense of my very good reputation against a serious accusation.

so someone uncredited accuses you of something on the Internet tag they have no proof of and you have the documents you need to prove they are legal, why are you worried, that would be like me accusing you of any crime, no one including the government cares unless they are shown proof an illegal act occurred, all you had to do was say prove they are illegal here's my proof they are legal. does and handled like an adult. instead you sunk to his level bringing up stiff he obviously doesn't care about, and continue to act like. if you can't deal with people being twats like that get off the internet because it won't end.

Well suing for slander/libel isn't that easy. Especially in a situation like this. In fact it's impossible.And it would be libel if I wrote it in a sign.

If you knew what you were talking about you would know it's virtually impossible.

I spoke with a lawyer not too long ago about slander/libel on this site and Facebook, I was told that 98% of lawyers wouldn't touch the case and if someone was willing to take the case it would be very expensive. It's really not as easy as I believe you think it is.
