You hit it right on the head with what I look for.
Lots of white on the sides going into orange above it, light overall color, reduced pattern with absolutely no aliens on the sides.

Nooo.

The ones that have the "normal" BP alien sides are the hard ones to find but to me they look ugly. They should have the spider pattern. Thin lines without the typical BP markings. I'm actually glad they are not common since I really don't care for them.

There was one on KS recently for a pretty low price. It looked too much like a normal ball with the side pattern. Not worth any price IMO.

The sides & body pattern I agree with, but I also like the head pattern to have a break in the darker outline on the top like this one does. I look for the darker outline on the top "lip" the coolest Spiders I see always seem to have it, like a moustache. Also I like the overall body composition to be balanced. -Deb

I like the ones with an unbroken black back, no " alien heds" minimal side pattern, high white and with lots of orange...... Heres an example of ones that we like.

With any luck its a girl. We don't pop until they have shed and fed, but we will know in about a week.

I only hope its a girl as Steve (SPJ) has sent a deposit and I want him to have the most attractive spider there is.

This is why we are very selective about the animals we put into our breeding projects. In my eyes the animal above is a great example of the spider morph, and one of the most beautiful produced thus far.

These two were from our first spider clutch this season. We have 3 more clutches due over the next month.

Very Nice.

I'm back from my trip and I hope that one is a girl. :)

heres a real clean male that recently crawled out of his egg, started feeding even before he shed.spiders seem to all be strong feeders.
