    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Just wanted to share . I purchased a Herpstat ND from Beanfarm for my pair of uromastyx's, they actually shipped it out within an hour !!! Unfortunately I missed the part about only going up to 110 degrees . Dion from spyder robotics to the rescue !!!!! I contacted him to ask if there was anything he could do to allow the 130 temps I needed. we spoke back and forth till we came up with what would be perfect for my paticular application. Dion offered to reprogram the one I already had but I just gave it to the girlfriend for her pythons . So he did a custom program on a new one that will go up to 140 degrees and is also able to have up to a 55 degrees difference in the ND feature !!! Perfect for Uromastyx's !!!! He also programmed in a disable feature for the ND for no output at night if i want. To anyone out there that has uro's or bearded dragons you must give Dion an email !!!! I contacted him on thursday , he figured it out, tested , and shipped out on saturday, I had it in my hands on monday !!! Excellant communication , and excellant product !! you couldn't ask for a better company or person to deal with !! Thank you very much Dion for the great personal service ! Jerry boyd
 
I agree. He was a pleasure to deal with as well when I got my 5 pros from him. (I mean herpstat pros)
 
I only use Spyder Robotics T-Stats - And Dions approach to customer service and is simply the best... :thumbsup:
 
I will never buy anything but a Spyder Robotics stat. The quality of the product and the quality of the people behind the product has made me a lifetime customer.
 
I recently just purchased a Herpstat Pro, my first Sypder Robotics purchase, and so far it's been just awesome! I cannot recommend them enough. Any future thermostat purchases are going to be Herpstats.
