I recently purchased several ball pythons from Stan. He patiently answered every question, had no concerns with me changing my mind several times regarding exactly what I wanted to purchase, and provided his honest input on what would be best to purchase now versus what I should wait until later to purchase.
The two females I received this week were 100% times better looking in real-life than the pictures I received. They are excellent, well started snakes. Stan resexed all the snakes before sending and found an additional snake I had purchased to not be the sex he initially thought it was. He contacted me immediately, apologized profusely, and has offered several different alternatives that we're working on.
I look forward to buying additional balls from Stan in the future.
