• In the past two days I have gotten emails asking about being requested to provide credit card info in order to register and also to make a post in the classifieds forums. PLEASE NOTE: In no instance will this site ask you for this sort of information. The only time any request for payment is made is if you choose to opt-in for a higher membership level, and that is done SOLELY through PayPal. Anything else is coming from a source other than this site. My guess is that this is coming through Google Adsense, but when I can get someone to send me a screen shot of this sort of request, I will know more.

    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

I'm looking to trade or sell a tokay gecko I gained from a former manager who had attempted to starve her to death because she didn't want her anymore. Her name is Meg (short for Megalodon), and she is a mean little beast (what's the point in lying, they all are). I no longer have the space for her, and want her to go to someone who knows what they are doing with her. I'd prefer local pick-up to shipping, because I am a broke college student. I'm only asking $15 (+shipping) for her, and if it is completely necessary. I just want her to be happy, and around good people. I know I sound crazy, but animals (no matter their natural dispositions) react to their human keepers emotions, so only people willing to deal with an animal that's as sour as vinegar should respond.Thanks in advance!

Can't do the pick-up but understand your position. Best of luck finding her a home. I have a Tokay I got from a student going off to school.

One of the sweetest animals I have. I wish they were all like that.
