    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

LOL zoo_dad you think you're so smart don't you. You're probably not much smarter than I or anybody else here.

And honestly I know what I am doing when I bid on an item. I did send her the money, didn't get the money or a refund. It's not true what Sarah says about the ignoring her e-mails, quite the antithesis, she was ignoring my e-mails and hanging up on our phone calls. She didn't ask for us to stop calling like she says on the reptiforum. As for the multiple name one is my brothers, and one is mine. This one is mine. Yes it is sort of a trio thing, I'm into the snakes now, my brother was into the bearded dragons but after this he is getting out of them totally and is almost 18. Oh and I have bought and sold to many people. Originally I was for leos, then bearded dragons, and now corns. My brother was iguanas, then bearded dragons. I have never tried to rip anybody off or prolong anything like sarah did. It's quite obvious zoo_dad that you are on the sellers side. You can go to that reptiforum site that zoo_dad gave everyone a link to. I also posted a message to Sarah there.

I intentionally have taken the route I've taken here for very good reason. Have I shared all of this information within this thread? Absolutely not! What I have discussed with Star Reptiles in relationship to my own potential deal(s) is no one else's business unless or until I choose to share said details. As for what Ms. Hetland has revealed to me in phone conversations regarding this thread or her transaction with the Leger family, it's considered here say even IF I were to choose to share, which I am not. As I stated earlier in a previous thread, I'm quite capable of reaching the ultimate truth and have my own methodology and style. If anyone here is baffled or confused, or has misinterpreted my means, so be it. Be patient and this transaction will be made whole in the end, I'm certain. In the interim, perhaps some should find a more important thread(s) of importance with which to impart the "Lucy Van Pelt Psychiatry" mentality toward. Most seem to only wish to read their own thoughts after posting their "two cents" worth. I, on the other hand, followed this thread for good reason, as I was here to check on reputation status for Star Reptiles, prior to a possible purchase, and became involved as a result. Anyone else have a viable stake in this particular thread, except to share their unsolicited opinions? I thought not. Relax and the outcome will become evident soon! :dancer01: :bolt01:

The previous quote is from Paul's first post. From it it is apparent that he is willing to spend $20 in collection fees. Sarah does not want to loose $15, which is understandable. The solution is simple. Cancel the payment on the previous check and send another check for $110 (125 - 15). This should leave both parties happy, right? ;)

They got it, it was signed for. They have yet to cash it, but it is still good. If they have any problems they should contact me like I asked, but they never said a thing since they signed for the check. I will not pay extra to have the first check cancelled and then send them a new one, so what I suggest is that they cash the check I sent since they didnt want the dragon anymore.

Sarah's words are in the quote above. She can cancel the previous check and keep even $20 (that's how much Paul is willing to pay for someone to collect the money) thus having an additional $5 for her troubles. What can go wrong?

Contrary to what some here have falsely supposed, I don't personally know Ms. Hetland, and have no need to call her in the future. I've made my decision with regard to my own possible purchase, so I see no need to correspond, at my expense, for the Leger's benefit or to satisfy this board forum. If Paul wishes to call Ms. Hetland to work out an agreement, that's his prerogative. :dancer01:

did I read thet Sarah ( Star Reptiles ) sent his refund via USPS with a tracking number? That would mean Delivery Confirmation.
All one needs is the tracking number, and then sign on to
USPS.com...and type the tracking number in.
This will bring up the disposition of the letter.
Actually...any delivery company has this.
UPS...FED Ex...etc.
And small claims court out of state? At this point it's not an issue for small claims...it is a felony. And a Federal one at that, seeing as this crossed the state line.
Using the internet to defraud, Mail fraud, interstate theft, interstate fraud.
I'm sure any one of these would cover this issue.
In my experience...I found the mail fraud route the most effective.

There is obviously more than one person(s) writing your pathetic pleas for sympathy posts. Take a look at the various posts you've made thus far. Some have typically poor spelling and grammatical & punctuation errors, and others are much different. Your story has more holes in it than an overstocked sieve factory! NO RESPONSE, so a check was sent for the full price paid $135, it was sent USPS with a tracking number and it was recieved. They have yet to cash it though


Or it could be certified mail, express mail, delivery confirmation, insured.
