The FIRST time I read this I thought you were being unreasonable. But now that I'm reading it again I suddenly realized how confused it all got with our very own visit from deity

Is this the bottom line summation:

  • money is sent for an animal.
  • Money is RECEIVED for said animal.
  • Star Reptiles Does Not Send Animal
  • Star Reptiles claims to send a refund check.
  • Refund check arrives somewhere but is never cashed.
  • Star Reptiles does not wish to incur stop payment fee
  • star reptiles CLOSES her account
  • With the account closed she KNOWS this person cannot cash the uncashed check
  • Star Reptiles still refuses to send animal or refund
  • Star Reptiles has thus STOLEN the money from Godsmack
  • Until/Unless this is resolved there is only ONE conclusion
  • Star Reptiles is a BAD GUY and do NOT do Business with them.


Oh and Rich, I'm sure your loss will be devastating when the almighty Jeff tells his friends to boycott your site. Actually you should send him to speak to Mario, they can be Yin and Yang together, both are verbose, One is eloquent, and between them they don't even have ONE rational braincell.

When last I checked, (prior to my temporary ban & fine imposed by Ken H. & Rich Z. ), the thread was rambling incessantly, with nary any proof provided by either godsmack000-(Paul) OR gemisnake-(Sarah). I would genuinely like to know the factual outcome, as it was I who initially requested godsmack000 to provide compelling factual evidentiary proof. I regret having become so emotionally charged in my latter responses to some of the members there who took offense, but my involvement was legitimate, as I was checking references on a potential purchase from the accused party within said thread.

If someone would be so kind as to click on the link within this referenced B.O.I. thread, indicating a printable version of the entire thread, I would sincerely appreciate an e-mail copy of same. I currently have the printable version of the thread until my "sign off" on 5/7/04. I have no plan to pay any sort of "extortion fine" imposed, so I imagine my "ban" there will become permanent by my own choosing!

I Need To Give Everyone A Heads Up!

At 1:15 this morning, my phone rang.

I answered it saying "Hello".

The voice said, "Is this the McQuaids?"

I said "Yes", and the person said, "This is Jeffy Poo".

I immediately said, "Don't you ever call me again you Son of a *****", and slammed down the phone.

Two minutes later, the phone rang again, of course I did not answer it.

Now, this is from a guy who claims that he does not care what anyone thinks of him and has better things to do than spend time on this board. But, he sure seems to be getting obsessed with it. I mentioned in my earlier post that I did not want him writing me, so I guess that he thought that he could call me.

At 2:50 a.m., a few minutes ago, I received a message from Reptiforum that I have a private message from Zoo Dad. Now this neurotic person has spent how much time on this, just concerned with me?

He is absolutely proving, my original thoughts about him. He has personality issues that I am not going to subject myself too. I AM NOT going to read his Private Message, I do not care to read any of the vile, nasty and hateful things that I am sure that he has to say. He sounds like an angry, unhappy person that dwells on what others think of him, even though he will tell you different. His superior attitude is just a cover up for other problems. He thrives and needs the attention.

Jeff, don't contact ME, contact a Psychologist!

(c) Sentence. Cyberstalking is a Class 4 felony. A second or subsequent conviction for cyberstalking is a Class 3 felony. Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon becoming law. Passed in the General Assembly May 08, 2001. Approved August 01, 2001.

The problem was that instead of maintaining an open mind and hear both sides of the story he decided upfront which party was wrong. He did exactly what he was being critic about.

False Infomation About Jeff

I have just been to the Reptiforum site because there was a response to this thread there. The response is from someone calling themselves Badge 442, who just registered today, claiming to be looking for snakes for their son and came across Jeff's name and happened to recognize Jeff's name as a child molester.

Now, I can' stand Jeff just like most of you here, but I also can't stand someone who would make up this false information. Fortunately, I know something about the website for the State of Illinois, so I tried to verify this information and could not. This information was taken from someone else, also named ONeill that is serving life. Here is Badge 422's false information first, then the Inmate that the information was taken from.

OOH, I Feel Really Dirty!

I feel really dirty having to do anything to defend little Jeffy Poo! He is a piece of crap, but even he does not deserve to have the incorrect image of a child molestor.

I have reported the post to the moderator, Jeff Henderon and hopefully he can determine who did this. If you don't agree with me, and think that it is funny that someone could do this to Jeff, well, just think, they could very easily falsify information about you too! The can give you an image that you can never be rid of.

Well still no reply from reptibid, but as stated on a previous page Sarah is a bad guy who stole my money. I believe that we should all boycott her business to let her know that it is wrong to steal and it will come back to bite you in the rear. Plus you never know if you buy from her and she is desperate for money like she was and still is, she might rip you off. Not to mention she admitted over the phone that she could not afford to pay to get her computer fixed, or having enough money to buy a digital camera which everyone selling anything over the internet should either have one or have access to one.

Like I said SARAH HETLAND IS A BAD GUY and it has been proved so, BUYER BEWARE!!!

I got a PM from psycho_dad. Personally Ritchie I think you should quit responding to that A$$, he seems to have a very unhealthy obsession for you and Mr. Harbart. I have kept up with this thread here and on reptiforums and he seems to be losing his rather tenuous grip on reality. It is almost like poking a mad dog with a stick until he bites. No disrespect intended, but the threads about Star are quite lost in all the ranting. Fact is Ms. Hetland is a theif and a liar...what's really a shame is that Mr. O'neill is going to forever associated with Star reptiles and I imagine that won't be good for business.

I just saw this sad information on Reptiforum about Jeff O'Neill who had participated in this thread.

I just wanted to post a message to all the users of this forum who had any contact with zoo_dad or Jeff O'Neill to let them know that he passed away on Thursday, December 9th due to complications of diabetes caused by the flu. He left behind 2 small children and will be greatly missed by his family. Thanks.
