Well they ripped off atleast 10 people i know of. What is the next step so we can get these people in jail.

In the past two days I have gotten emails asking about being requested to provide credit card info in order to register and also to make a post in the classifieds forums. PLEASE NOTE: In no instance will this site ask you for this sort of information. The only time any request for payment is made is if you choose to opt-in for a higher membership level, and that is done SOLELY through PayPal. Anything else is coming from a source other than this site. My guess is that this is coming through Google Adsense, but when I can get someone to send me a screen shot of this sort of request, I will know more.

Responding to email notices you receive.

In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

The one guy put a report into the sheriffa department and is having people call in. But i believeyou meed to go deeper then that and have the irs and whatnot get these scumbags so they can get real sentances.

Colleen, if you and your daughter paid through PayPal (Goods and Services) have you submitted a claim to get your money back? If not, would do so as soon as possible because I believe there is only a 60 day window to file.

You also are asking for donation frogs from others while still receiving frogs as weather permits
Because of the disgustingly poor customer service they received, good souls here and elsewhere have been offering gifts of frogs to them.

Hey Katie get your facts straight. No one asked for donations of frogs. The whole reptile community came together and the frogs purchased will be replaced by a Breeder with better standings. You two should be happy that you got away with money and frogs. By the way sweetheart, no one feels sorry for you. Lying and manipulating people. You pull the same old song and dance each time. We split up, we re getting divorced, he left me Nd took all the frogs, oh wait I THINK I have your frogs, I’ll send you extra frogs. No one wants to hear excuses anymore . Either be professional or stop trying to be something your not.

They can put it wherever they want, but unfortunately for them, partners must BOTH account for the liabilities of a partnership before dissolution. EACH partner is liable for those debts, one of them can't just wave the debts goodbye.
I do not think she can tell the truth any longer, whatever comes out of her mouth seems to be designed to get people to look at others and not at her, where the responsibility for this horrible transaction belongs.
