    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

My post is back there somewhere. Basically I bought a uroplatus from them. Same story, bad weather for shipping. Communication was great, photos included, until I sent payment. Turns out they sold that same gecko to a few other people. I couldn't even post proof, or inform them of the thread, because they were smart enough to stop all communication when they got my money. So all my emails that I had saved are of a positive note. So, yes, they'll sell you anything whether they have it or not.

The only saving grace that I have is that as soon as I read everything about them yesterday and received no contact I called the bank to try to cancel the charge, they wouldn't do it because the charge was pending. So now that it has gone thru, and I have no animal, I took my transcript to the bank and they are going to look into it. I also printed the BBB websites info regarding complaints about them. They sounded pretty sure that it wouldn't be a problem. Lets see what happend, we all know how them banks are about giving up money. Then I'll begin the hunt for another torqoise veiled.
 
Can you believe a week and a half later they emailed me to say they had problems with there shipping and anticipate deliverying next week. I think they must have been contacted by my bank since I filed a complaint.

Some time ago i made a post myself on them. I put a big order in with them waited a month and was charged twice. I feel bad for anyone that deals with them. As for the TOS - I am pretty sure getting a sick snake on top of that it dies breaks there own TOS. Websites usually post that they are healthy and eating if this is untrue then it opens more doors for you.
