I contacted Steve Doss about making two cages for me and while everything was fine initially before the sale, it has went downhill pretty fast. He said they could be picked up at the Evansville show Feb 21 then they weren't done (despite having my money for 3 weeks at that point) and he didn't even go so we agreed on Indianapolis the following Sunday. Apparently there was a mess up with him canceling the special cuts because I told him to just give me the medium as a last resort. My question has been if the plastic company has a 10 day wait on special cuts and he had my money for THREE WEEKS why did he wait last minute to put the order in? Currently he has not responded to any of my emails and am now disputing the charges. Below are the conversations over email. I have blacked out my friends name, as well as my street address on the receipt. Everything else was screen capped from my Gmail app on my phone as is. I just want some type of correspondence and a refund or my cages. I'm tired of being ignored.
