    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

You need to read more carefully. While I have in fact been catching up on the posts, all I have said so far is

1) Child support should be paid timely and there are few reasons not to uphold that obligation

2) This site is a valuable tool for buyers and sellers and it is so because those with experience and/or opinion are allowed to voice it.

I stand behind both statements.

Fact is I've made breeding and selling reptiles my sole source of income since the late 80's and if I wasn't honest I would have been gone long ago.

I've shown enough prove that the newspaper story was fabricated by my landlord and authorities but you don't question authority?

Lucille I was not personally attacking you, I was merely pointing out that many people will only read bits and pieces and make an assumption. I'm glad that you will take the time out to read everything.

Well, my options are as follows-

I believe what you said (not proved using any evidence that can be verified). You, who have a sketchy history, who came out of the gate threatening the very people who were caring for the animals you abandoned while you were in prison...

Or I believe that you're the victim of some vast conspiracy between the local police, the local district attorney, your former landlords, multiple media outlets, the local and state animal control/welfare officers and your ex-wife. They've all banded together to take you down. You'll be played by that Whalburg kid when they make the movie adaptation of your story.

I wasn't in jail July 22nd and why is it Chris Foley retained an attorney after I caught him posting my animals and cages for sale on KS? I'm sure you'll have a good to justify your buddies actions.
If Chris is smart he'll come clean and tell the truth instead of covering for my landlords and authorities because they lied to him to get his involvement.

As I said, I haven't spoken to him directly in awhile. That said, YOU contacted him, said you had been speaking to an attorney and threatened him with legal action. Why wouldn't he consult with legal counsel under those circumstances?

If someone told me they planned to take me to court my next reasonable step would be to talk to a lawyer.

If Chris is smart he'll come clean and tell the truth instead of covering for my landlords and authorities because they lied to him to get his involvement.

Your true, legal name is required for your posts to remain on the BOI. It is clearly stated in the rules at the top of the forum.

Yes, your name is required on the BOI, regardless of what you are or are not selling. Second, if your husband wants questions answered have him register an account, with his name, and ask them himself....

Seamus you are ignorant and un-believable. You ignore the fact I was not in jail on July 22nd and the answer the answer you give to protect your buddy Chris is non sufficient. How do you justify Chris Foley selling States evidence?
 
Steve, lets just say you find a way to get a good lawyer, and you don't have to spend a day in jail, and your animals are returned to you. How do you plan to compensate those who have cared for them for the greater part of 2008?

does what happened to steve really have that profound of an effect on your day to day lives that you have no choice to write posts...

how is all this ranting and raving helping matters steve still has his problems and everyone else just getting more upset at something that didn't even happen to them.

Chris not only consulted with an attorney he retained one and is using his right to remain silent. I know Chris must be reading this thread and I want him to know all I ask is that you be 100% honest and don't fear the threats made to you by the DA and authorities.

I almost wonder how much of a problem/hassle it would cause for Rich to make a few phone calls and direct those authorities to this site and thread- where they might be able to produce some requests for IP information... trace it back to Steve's front door (or someone's front door) and throw him into a squad car at gunpoint.

First off I did not ask to have my animals illegally removed and Chris should talk to his attorney about suing the involved parties that fabricated this ordeal.

The longer it takes for you to turn yourself in, and prove your case, the sooner you get your animals back. These animals are still in someone else's care bacause you wont face your issues. Costs are still being incurred. If you did manage to get all of those animals out before you were locked out and locked up, someone would have to be taking care of them, and you would be paying (or neglecting to pay) for that care.
