    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Steve Vigo has once again committed fraud by charging our credit card 350.00 on 10/27/12 and failing to deliver the purchased merchandise. Nothing but lies about delivery and refund. This guy is scum and has been defrauding people for 6-7 years.

I have confirmed with Paypal security all of Steve Vigo's Paypal accounts are now frozen and are being investigated. Anyone that has lost money by dealing with Steve Vigo or Karin Lieber should file a complaint at www.ic3.gov. You can also post under this thread or pm me.

The Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) is a partnership between the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the National White Collar Crime Center (NW3C). Additional threads on the "Self Made High School Drop Out" are listed below.

I know you monitor this board Steve. When you get somebody to read this for you, just remember what was said in my last email to you.

Maybe you can teach your daughter to follow in Mommy and Daddy's footsteps, so she can be a "Drop Out Loser" just like You and Karin are.

I understand being upset and angry, but this makes you look childishly bitter. A little research would have saved you this headache. He has quite a few negative posts on him.

I appreciate your advise on research, and how proper use of such, can save myself from future headaches. I also really appreciate you letting me know that he has quite a few negative posts. That was a couple of astute observations on your part.

The only thing childish here is my daughter who taken by this POS Steve Vigo. Had i been the one doing the purchase, I would have caught this Scumbag before making this transaction. However, my daughter may not be as internet savvy as others at this point in her life. I really do appreciate an educated person such as yourself pointing these thing out for us. Good luck with your education.

the name calling is not allowed. Also not sure why you would belittle someone that was trying to help (Kimberly). It's preferred if people use existing threads instead of starting new ones.
 
I have every right to start a new thread on a new transaction with this person. I see name calling was used quite frequently on multiple threads in the past. I was not aware that was a rule, but am now. If any perosn is more deserving of an exception to that rule, Steve to that rule Steve would be that guy.

Yes, it was but since previous threads the rules have been changed for this site to clean up some of the name calling. You are free to state what you want but to continue to post on this site you will need to craft your statements so that they conform to the rules. If you don't then those posting privileges may become more restrictive.

You have absolutely no rights to do anything on this private property. This isn't a country but a privately owned worldwide website.

You do have the ability to start a new thread and what April stated was that it is preferred to use existing threads not that it's mandatory and that is the facts according to the rules laid out in the stickied thread in red at the top of this forum.

I suggest that you read the link. After all, it is required reading to use this service provided to you.

Please utilize the SEARCH function as much as possible before starting a new thread (topic line). In many instances, it is much better to continue an existing thread rather than starting a new one in order to preserve continuity in the information about a person or business. Most readers are much more inclined to read a single long thread, rather than dozens of smaller ones scattered all over the BOI. So don't let your message get lost in the clutter by ignoring this simple rule.

This site is a great resource and there are many members here that are willing to help in situations like this, that includes the moderators as well. We are members too. Some new rules also include, when we post in blue we are functioning as moderators not members. Arguing with a moderator while doing their respective duties for the site isn't that enduring. Antagonism of the staff isn't tolerated here either.

Did you get your funds back yet? If paypal hasn't been able to deliver the funds from his account have you initiated a charge-back with your credit card company yet?

Thank you for clarifying the point about the rule change with respect to name calling. I assumed since the site allowed members to post in older threads far worse words than i used, then what was ok for one member should be ok for another. I did not think about the possibability of a rule change. That was my error and it will not happen again.

Same goes for the info regarding responding to existing threads rather than starting a new one. I was advised I needed my own thread to link with the ICW.gov complaint. I meant no antagonism to April. I was just stating what I thought was my right to post a new thread with my specific situation.

As far as the Kimberly comments. I did not appreciate them in the least, and thought she was making light of the situation with her comments involving what happened to my child.

Tarah worked a long time to save enough money to start a reptile business and that was taken away from her by Mr. Vigo.

I am here for one purpose and one purpose only That is to find out the home address for Steve Vigo, and to alert the honest members of this site on the how Steve Vigo runs his businesses so they are not taken advantage of like my daughter was. I think we are all clear now.

My education is going quite fine, thank you for your concern. This will be my fourth degree in medical and veterinary sciences, which, by coincidence, consumes a LOT of time for research. Obviously, that was not the case here and this is the result. :rolleyes:
I do hope you get your money back but your internet bully persona makes it pretty hard for anyone (me) to feel compelled to help any further.

I am so very sorry that happened to a youngster. I have a couple of comments for your benefit and that of your daughter:

1) I hope you continue to try to recover the funds. If that does not happen, and the purchase was to start a business, look over the IRS rules to see if the loss can be counted as a deduction.
2) FAR more important than money are the connections and advice available to you, and to your daughter, on this site. For her sake I ask that you step back and if you have rubbed anyone the wrong way, just apologize. By and large the people here are very helpful and nice people, but if you spit in the wind.....
3) I admire your daughter, it is always refreshing to see a young person plan and save, and be prepared to take on the risks of business. I hope she keeps at it, and I hope she succeeds.

It has been established the research was not done by my daughter, and your right this is the result. I just did not care for your comments that were so blatantly obvious. I did not think you were serious, but rather making light of the situation.

I had stated in earlier threads that it was my young daughter who was the one who initiated this transaction not an adult. So I made a little fun of your comments, sorry if I hurt feelings. I know about the addresses on the net for Steve. I have them all including his parents. I just thought someone here may know without a doubt where he lives currently.

A charge back thru the credit card and or PayPal is in the works, but the outcome is still to be determined. Regardless of the outcome, I will cover the funds for my daughters business endeavors and then some. I do appreciate the concern and suggestions from everyone.

This was not stated in THIS thread, which is the one I was replying to. Since this is the only thread I have read (normally, people continue in the same threads for this reason) so I obviously had no idea. I'd never make light of something bad happening to a child.
