    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

im curious, since i dont know that much on this subject regarding the having been bred bit for snakes.

Is it really possible to tell if a snake has been bred, and had a litter? I know that must sound like a silly question ( but i dont know a better way to ask it, and get the info im looking for! :) ), but what would one look for, besides visible weight loss? It would be really interesting to know the specifics!

Kahane, i do hope you get your boas. and frankly, from all of this delay, i hope that for brocks sake, you get exactly what you paid for.

Just wanted to come on here and let everyone know that Brock did ship both Boas and I did receive them packed very well and both Boas do appear outwardly healthy. I am glad I could be a help to both sides.
I pretty much stayed out of this entire ordeal and did not post since I was the positive reference for Brock to Ken and KaHane and have done good/ problem free business with them in the past.
They are here and will get settled in and then I will be shipping them out to Ken sometime next week.

Good to hear that the boas are finally on their way to your hands. What a crazy, ridiculous ordeal. And what a jerk Brock is. Does he have a website by any chance? I'd like to add him to my do not buy from folder.

i believe that they wanted one to go up to canada and i think that mike was going to help with the paperwork. the other one was going to buffalo. i guess he did not want to ship to 2 different places.
 
FANTASIC NEWS. GLad to see this ordeal is over. Congrats on your new additions, KaHane. When they arrive I expect some pics on RC.
 
While I'm happy to hear the boas were finally shipped, I'm curious about a few things.
Were they actually bred as Brock claimed?
Are they the SAME boas that Kahane bought?
IF the boas were actually bred, what will be the next action? Will Kahane return the snakes and demand a refund? Or will he keep the snakes and demand retribution through the court system?

And lastly, I still find it very interesting to note that Brock has not ONCE come onto this forum to defend his actions and perhaps apologize publicly for the very poor customer service to Kahane and Ken.

I'm glad you finally have your boas, Kahane! I sincerely hope everything is right with them! Please keep us updated, either here or on RC about their condition and, of course, pics are expected! :)

I mean no disrespect, but, some people do not feel that their business dealings
should be public information.
This is well within any persons rights, I believe.

While I would not purchase anything from Brock myself after reading this.
I do not feel every person accused on the BOI has a obligation to come here
and make there business dealings public.
It would be nice if they did, but, they are not bound to do so.

People will take what they will from this thread and probably think
twice (if not more) before doing business with Brock.

I think that is truely what the BOI is for!!

Hey all. I did not address the "Has she been bred" subject when I posted the other day. Like I stated before, they did arrive and do appear outwardly healthy. In my opinion I do not think or feel the female has been bred as she does have sufficient body weight for her length and does not have any excess or stretched out skin in her hind end.
I hope this helps and answers that particular question.

Rory, obviously this isn't a court of law that gives us the power to force anyone to post but it is the court of public opinion which can be much more harsh among your peers. I think Brock's decision to not post here speaks volumes and gives credence to my belief that he treated Ken and Kahane very poorly and that Kahane's account is 100% accurate. There are more that feel like me than not so if Brock is satisfied with the outcome so be it. Annie shouldn't have apologized for being right.
 
I agree with Kevin, this whole deal raised a lot of questions, and as Kevin points out ... with no counter-arguments, KaHane's testimony has to be given full weight. So no foul for Annie to wonder why no response or to find it peculiar at the very least, we all do... as far as the rest of the outcome, 1) thanks Mike for the update and 2) after reading through all this, of course people are curious as to the outcome, if Annie still has questions go ahead and ask... that's resolution and that's also what the BOI is for(remember this is for all of us... yes Kahane was hoping to get his boas but he was also letting the rest of us know to be careful)...and finally, if people don't want their business transactions aired out in public there is a simple way to avoid it...do your business in a courteous, fair, open, honest and efficient manner.... period... cause if you don't people are gonna make it public...
