Officials ‘Armed to the Teeth’ Show Up to Animal Shelter, Kill Baby Deer Named ‘Giggles’



The DNR received anonymous reports about Giggles and in drawing together information for a search warrant, the sheriff’s office even had aerial photos of the deer on the shelter’s property, WISN reported.
Even though the nine agents and four deputies might have looked intimidating, Schulze told WISN he didn’t seem too alarmed when they began searching for the deer, as he had just told them she was to go to a wildlife reserve the next day.
“I was thinking in my mind they were going to take the deer and take it to a wildlife shelter, and here they come carrying the baby deer over their shoulder. She was in a body bag,” Schulze said. “I said, ‘Why did you do that?’ He said, ‘That’s our policy,’ and I said, ‘That’s one hell of a policy.’”

DNR has really screwed up policies. My one buddy is animal control for city I work for. He is always telling stories that he has to deal with.
 
We have trophy deer that roam our area like stray cats
Several generations have birthed and died in folks back yards, rescues are raised every year
and no hassles from DNR/TPW. Granted we aren't but 2800 in a 20 mile radius, folks just tend to business be it chores or tending critters.
Many letters have been written and sent from this small populous that are in route to the Capital heads advising them their enforcers are no different then the criminals they are entrusted to control.

Big ole stink any way .......
 
And the abyss that separates the "people" and law enforcement (serve and protect, remember?) keeps getting wider and wider.

This is not going to end well for anybody.
