On 5.19.09 I contacted them via e-mail about a classified they had posted for a gorgeous ghost female they had and asked if they still had two other snakes (a striped male and some possible tri hets) from a different ad that disappeared. Fortunantly I was in luck and they still had all three so I asked them a ton of questions about they genetic history of them all not only did they respond with great detail but they also sent pics of not just parents but siblings and past litters! They were also very clear about the triple hets only being a possible not a definite.
I originally wanted a female Poss tri het, but the male they had blew it ( & others I seen) away, instead of taking the easy sale and sending me the female they showed/offered me the male. He is stunning!
Their communication is excellent, I was even notified when they changed the way the snakes were to be packaged, when I didn't respond to the e mail (I was at work) Joe called my cell! They also wish to be kept updated with w/ pictures and e mails as the babies grow! So the continued availability of their support through out the life of the snakes is there.
They held the snakes for fed ex priority overnight on 5.27.09. They came on time,properly labeled, safely packaged. I loved how secure the snakes were and apparently they did to.They were very calm while getting examined and sex verified - even the Ghost who is in shed.
All of them were well fed,clean (none of that kept in sub par conditions smell), properly sexed, and mite FREE.
The only 'bad' thing I can say is that their pictures (while good) don't do the boas justice! If you're lucky enough to get one of their snakes expect it to look way better in person.
I will definitely do business with them again (still want a female tri).
