Dose anyone know what a good strong adhesive is for glueing cork to the walls of wood? Or what specific chemicals do i need to read on the back for to avoid?

The best thing i found so far is Barge, all purpose cement, but I am hesitant to use it because it has some STRONG vapors until it drys.

I've used aquarium safe silicone to attach perch holders to the inside of caging, I would think it would work for cork as well.

I agree with AbsoluteApril, I'd use "aquarium safe silicone seal" too, & make sure you give it enough days to fully cure. It's irritating until cured, not good for animals to breathe in, but once cured it's non-toxic. Beyond that, look for adhesives that say "no VOC" (volatile organic compounds) once dry. "VOC" is code for saying the product off-gasses toxic vapors, ugh! (not safe for animals)
