    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

My wife has a pair of boas her 1st breeding ever and they have been copulating off and on since Dec 15th.
Last nights observation after a week long separation to attempt to get them both to feed "the attempt failed"

My question is what are your shortest and longest successful courtships?
what is the average courtship length?
Will they continue to fast until she decides he is no longer welcome?
Also she shed aprox 2 weeks ago so if she dose ovulate now "I have not observed any obvious ovulation" will she again shed in a short time span?

Your right Scott,looks like our pics came from the same boa's.LOL
Good luck and hope you get many healthy babies!!! And NO slugs.

I have had female boas only be courted a few days ovulate and I have had females boas go for months until ovulation. Right now, I have 2 females that have been with a male off and on for 3 months and I never witnessed ovulation in either, but after 3 months or so the males have left them alone and I am now seeing signs of pregnancy. Of course I have been much busier this year and haven't been able to keep as close of an eye on them. Best of luck! Nice picture.
