I've done business with Jennifer Kim a few times now, and each time the transaction has been flawless.

She ships very professionally, insulated boxes, properly labeled, with heat or cool packs depending on the needs, and all the animals I have bought from her are robust right out of the box! All were well fed, healthy and bright eyed.

Communication is great, she answers questions in emails within a few hours usually, not taking more than two days for anything. She's very knowledgeable about each species she's keeping and selling, and it shows in the excellent condition of her animals.

I would recommend buying from Sungmina to anyone in a heartbeat- She's a great seller, producing some really high end animals at this point, as well great buyer, and an awesome addition to the reptile community.

Wow how does she not have a good guy thread already? I've also bought a couple animals from her, and she is a fantastic seller. Very easy to communicate with, and all the animals I've gotten from her look great, shipping prices are reasonable, and animals are always packed perfectly.

Also just received a beautiful little addition to my family from Mina (Jennifer), an awesome little Chahoua gecko. She gave me plenty of updates on my little one while she was waiting to ship, gave me all the information I could possibly need on it, plus pictures of parents and grandparents. Jennifer is just fantastic! I got two juvie cresteds for her and I just couldn't be happier. She was fantastic with giving accurate information about the babies, sent me updated pictures while we waited for good shipping weather, and did everything possible to make sure I was happy. She is truly one of the good guys. The babies arrived well packed and in perfect health. They were scheduled for a before 10:30am delivery, and when they didn't show up at my door exactly on time, she was calling them to see what was going on. She obviously cares very much for her animals and breeds very high quality, beautiful animals. I'm thrilled to own two Captain (one of her amazing males) babies and I can't wait to see how they develop.

I would recommend her to anyone looking for a high quality crested gecko and I wouldn't hesitate to buy from her again.

I have purchased many cresteds from Mina and they have all come to be nothing short of amazing. She takes pride in what she produces and the lines that she holds. I have not been disappointed once with the health of the gecko nor the overall look. She cares a lot about where her geckos go too as well, always making sure who she sales to knows a thing or two before just shipping the geckos and I always appreciate people who do that.

We've had a few transactions with Jennifer Kim over the last year, all of which went flawlessly. She purchased a few geckos from us awhile back and we worked out a payment plan. She paid everything off several weeks before the scheduled time and had great communication along the way.
A few months ago we decided to trade a few geckos ( 1 chahoua, and 3 cresteds from each party) and again absolutely no problems. All animals are currently doing great and looking fantastic.

When I first saw Mina's posting about two Chewies just hatched that were available to purchase...I fell in love with one of them. Nervous about not being able to pay the whole chewie in one shot Mina let me do a payment plan.
