*All reptiles are guaranteed healthy and alive for the first 72 hours after purchase. Amphibians are 24 hours. Any returned animal must be returned (dead or alive) or at-least photographic proof for those who are not local. Malicious wounds, burns, over-heating, freezing, or obvious signs of improper care will void a return.

* No live arrive guarantee if temperatures are below 40 degrees F or above 85 degrees F, we wait until temperatures are within that range before we ship.
* No sales to anyone under the age of 18.
* All animals we sell can potentially bite or carry diseases. Washing hands after handling any animal is highly recommended and we do not take any responsibility for any harm caused by our animals. The buyer assumes all risk and should have done the proper research before purchasing the animal.
