    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I agree!! Superior has super fast shipping, and the supplies are great. Totally recommend!! :D
 
I know everyone here has been having good experiences with Superior but it didn't work out well for me. I placed an order on May 1 and didn't hear back at all so I emailed them May 14 asking the status of my order. They proceeded to tell me that they were trying to contact me but no attempt was ever made through the email address they had in their system or phone messages at the phone number they had for me. Once I made contact with them they told me my order was going to cost an additional $35 for Canada shipping on an almost $200 order. Outrageous!!

I pulled the order and I won't be dealing with them again. I buy a lot of stuff out of the US and both shipping and the level of service is usually better at other places.

Because of their delays I’m now scrambling for shipping supplies…NEVER AGAIN.

If I dealt with my customers this way I’d be run out of town!

I'm not surprised shipping is higher in the US versus Canada. It is more expensive to ship out of the country. Did you order $200 worth of boxes? That would be why the shipping is so high...That's a LOT of packages to be shipping.
 
We have never had even the slightest problem with Superior. Always get what we order a couple of days after the order is placed and it is always just what we ordered.
We did look at Unline but why fix something that works at a good price.
 
So far I have ordered all my shipping supplies from Superior Enterprise and found the service couldn't be better! Quick shipping, great products and decent prices will make me continue to go here for years to come. :) I was recommended this company from a long line of fellow hobbyists and I've been recommending them to others ever since my first order.
 
I agree with everyone.I ordered from them last year for a bunch of deli cups and received great service and had everything within a week or two.
I am going to make another order from them again soon for some shipping boxes etc and look forward to doing so.

I'm not really certain what happened with the new ownership, but I just tried to place an order with them, and when I got to the page on their shopping cart program where it asks for my credit card info, I noticed that it is NOT a secure page! No SSL prefix to the URL, and no lock indicator on the browser.

Quite honestly, that is a serious issue in my book to be asking for credit card info in the clear on a non-secure web page. I'm surprised their own credit card company hasn't just shut them down because of it. The feds are getting really strict about this lately, and there can be some serious fines involved.

Anyway, if you plan to order from them, please be careful about protecting your credit card info.

They STILL haven't fixed that? That was an issue months ago, and I thought they were fixing it. At that time, I just aborted the online purchase & placed my order over the phone.
 
Call them and place the order versus doing it online until they fix this. I did just that a few weeks ago and everything came as ordered in under a week.

I was having major issues even getting to the check out.

So I placed a call---and I got 6 bulging boxes of...well...boxes...shipped for $14.50 from coast to coast.

The girl who answered was hottttt---fyi.
