I can tell you from experience on how bad nate is, but I do agree evidence is key. Do you have any emails, pics, etc....?

The point is if you weren't going to post proof, then you shouldn't have posted at all.

As it stands, you are looking like a bad guy also, with your baseless (meaning without proof) accusations and name calling.

That you don't care that I and every herper out there needs proof, shows that you are not trying to warn anyone, you just want to sling mud.

You have made it on to my DBST list and probably others here as well.

Well, actually you dont need any proof what so ever to post here. it is recommended, but not required. I understand that it obviously helps anyones case, but even if you dont have proof of anything you have the right to tell people what happened and everyone can judge for themselves. How an poster brings his/her story and facts,or lack there of, will determine if anyone will give them any credit. Now, because of the way this OP has acted and treated the people here, I doubt much credit will be given to him.

OP: I know it's sort of tedious to sit down, organize all the evidence and present it in a way that is cohesive and chronological, but I might have a solution. I'm offering my help to bring to light your case against Nate. If I have permission from the mods, I would like to organize and post all the evidence for you on this thread.

I'm cutting the "posting evidence" part of the equation out for you by offering my time. All I need you to do is forward me via email all of your evidence (the things that I mentioned in my first post on this thread) and I'll be more then happy to post everything all nice and pretty so everyone can see and future buyers are properly warned of him (and your own name will be cleared). I will be sure to black out any information you don't want people to see (what zoo/vet you got the necropsy done, etc).

Just PM me and we can further discuss this if you would like.

Actually, he screwed up there. Let me tell you why.

He admitted he works at a Zoo.
His IP address is a pretty good gauge of his area.
Comparing his local area obtained from his IP to zoos in a commutable distance and it shouldn't be difficult to find out where he works.

The internet is a useful tool these days and most people give you enough information to bury themselves with little effort on our parts to make that happen.

If he REALLY preferred not to mention the Zoo and Vets that did this "work" for him for free then he would have just totally omitted that from this discussion.

In reality, he used that Zoo/Vet hookup to somehow in his eyes make his story more believable to us.

Now that I think about it, I'm not even sure he works at a Zoo at all or even has Vet friends that work for him for free.

I had this person contact us last year when we had hatchlings. RED FLAGs all over the place. Wanted certain animals but his buddy was paying for them and want me to ship them to a different address in a totally didn't state than his buddy lived! Would totally avoid this person all together.

True you don't need proof, but it is helpful. He also did not say he had no proof, just didn't want to waste his time.

yeah what kind of evidence would u like a sample of the parasites that were in the reptiles , doa pics on the day of arrival,maybe nose rubs and foot infections from being kept in a small box

I agree. I too have been burned by nate swanee, on prepaid for uroplatus pietschmanni trio(1.2). nates "shop" could also be compared to a slum garage sale.
Excuses, phone tag, this guy is not worth dog**** on my shoe.

You should post pictures and interaction via email or text (if any). Just to get some valid evidence on this thread to show that he is as bad as everyone knows. There are a lot of people who have never dealt with him, seen his shop, or seen the poor quality of this guy's animals he deals.
