    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I have a female subadult leo about 35g who has recently developed swellings behing her forelegs. They look and feel like fluid filled sacks. Some days they a more swollen and others they seem to disappear. It has been about a week with no other signs of distress (eating fine, ect.) Anyone know what this is? If she is okay? If it is a very uncommon abnormality I can get some pictures, but I figured one of you guys or gals would know by the description.

Sounds like normal fat deposits. Lots of Leos store extra fat behind their forelegs just like in their tails :)
 
Thanks. Are fat deposits behind they legs unhealthy? Is this a sign of overfeeding? I feed my leos a very balanced diet of mainly gutloaded and dusted crix and mealies with treat feeders once a week or two.
 
This is fine. Some leos store most of their fat in their tails, while some seem to store it more in the armpit region, and some just bulk up the belly. FYI: There were several earlier posts on this, had you searched for it. In any case, I post my pic again.
