Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them.     Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

i think its a tang albino(i know it is!!)or is it a hybino????
hybino makes NO sence to me!!:eek: :eek:
think about it(it really gets up my nose people calling tang albinos hybinos!!)
someone want to show me a tang albino next to a hybino??

Check out the pics section. Kelli recently posted a pic of her RW Hybino and that should show you the difference.... :)

Her Hybino has NO pink anywhere on the body, just a solid orange gecko... VERY, VERY cool... Gotta take a look.... :)

You've got a KILLER little Tang Alb there though, who knows, maybe that pink will disappear and it'll go Hybino for ya.

No matter what, the gecko you have is awesome. I believe I read one of your posts a few days ago that said it was only a few weeks old!? If so, I would imagine that it would soon be a solid orange albino...and that's what a lot of people are calling hybino. It's still a "controversial" term because it hasn't really been defined completely. Urban Geckos calling them "sunglows"...so who knows?! It's all pretty "cutting edge" stuff and it's very cool. Your gecko is beautiful and as long as you love it that's really all that counts (awww :blush: ) lol.

Please keep us updated on how that gecko develops...:)
 
a true hybino is a super hypo baldie (sometimes tangerine) albino, no bands or blotches(maybe just a couple of small ones)... just one color all over except maybe some carroting on the tail, no matter what the strain of albinism... now there are alot of breeder selectively breeding more and more tang into the line of albinism to produce a selectiely bred hybrino... but a true hybino is a super hypo albino... and contains ray hine hypo in it (since its a codominant trait)
