Hi there, a few weeks ago I paid Tara for three female yearling snow cornsnakes. I did an inquiry here on the BOI, and the single response supported the transaction, saying that Tara was a great person.
After some waiting and worrying (we'd decided on a shipping date, and the snakes did not arrive on the day specified), I sent some e-mails asking if she'd sent them out, if she had a tracking number, etc. Another day passed in but then she sent me this e-mail:

Sorry for the delay, have out of town visitors this week. I have some bad news, I will have to give you your money back. I had a major disaster in the house the other day. My six month old cat jumped onto the shelves that house my sweater boxes with the smaller snakes in them and when I got home there were about a dozen containers open all over the floor and so far I have only recovered 3 of the snakes and none of which are the snow corns. I am so sorry for the mishaps and if you have a paypal account I can just give you your money back that way. I feel so bad, if I recover them I will let you know. I will be out of town for the next 3 or 4 days so let me know asap if you have a paypal account. If not I will get a money order to send to you. I am sorry again.

Which was fine, I e-mailed her back letting her know that I was disappointed but there was no hard feelings at all. I gave her my Paypal address, and no refund came, so I waited a few more days (since she was supposed to be out of town) and sent another e-mail inquiring as to where she was and if the payment could be sent back soon:

That and another e-mail last night, I still haven't heard from her. I don't want to think that I've been ripped off, she seems like a very friendly person, and not too many days have passed... but I am getting worried. If anyone has contact with Tara, I'd really appreciate information on what's going on.
