All Tarantula will be shipped using Fedex shipping only. (overnight express) standard rate is $45.00 some additional charges, dependent on quantity and size of shipping required. In addition to zones and Winter and Summer Shipping.
Tarantulas are also Sent out with LAG (Live Arrival Guaranteed) any DOA’s must be accompanied by Photographic evidence. Shipping is nonrefundable and any live returns are made at buyers shipping expense and all live returns must follow the same LAG guidelines.
Shipments will not be sent on weekends and a 3 day handling is applied (no fee) to allow us ample time to prepare all shipments. All buyers must be over 18 years of age or have a parent or Guardian confirm purchase. PayPal is accepted also Visa or MasterCard.
Any purchases using PayPal must be confirmed processed before any shipments can go out. Tracking information is provided. And a follow up Text or phone call to insure that all clients are satisfied. I do ask that either buyer is available to sign for the package upon delivery or
request for packages to be held at Fedex. Any mailing address changes or requests must be made prior to delivery and alternating mailing addresses could result in packages being delayed as such all guarantees are nullified and Voided. All refund requests must be made within the first 30 minutes of package arrival
