I will ship priority ($15) but live arrival is NOT guaranteed. In event of DOA in express shipping option ONLY, I will refund purchase price of Tarantula only. I do not refund shipping. In event of DOA and you chose priority shipping, count your losses. No refund given whatsoever. Must report ANY and ALL issues within 2 hours of delivery of package to your DOOR. Failure to do so and LAG is void and no refund given. In event that the package is held at your local courier facility, you must report any and all issues within 2 hours of picking your specimen up from that facility, failure to do so and LAG is void with no refund given. If at any point in time your package returns to your local courier facility due to absence at time of delivery, LAG is void and no refund given. All packages will be SIGNATURE REQUIRED. I cannot stress enough how vitally important it is (on behalf of your newly purchased tarantula) to tell me what your weather conditions will be prior to, during, and a couple of days post scheduled transit time. (Ex: If you fail to inform me that your local temps are going to be within 30-40°F during transit time and I don't add a heat pack due to lack of information on your behalf, any issues resulting from will be resulting in void LAG with no refund.).
