    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Tax Time!!! What are you getting

I've been anxiously awaiting tax refund time to get a much needed colubrid hatchling rack from RBI, only to find out they just stopped making them this month!!!!! I'm crushed. I'll use my refund for a Rodent Pro order and a new Hovabator instead, but will have to find an affordable colubrid hatchling rack some time before hatching season starts...
 
A bill...big fat one...make to much at work (not the reptile hobby..the job thats keeps me out of the house 12 hours a day) and no matter how much I have them pull out I always owe....already paid 50k in taxes this year and I will owe more...hate tax time...but I like the list of what others are getting...gonna go cry now...

What the hell?! O_O I had to pay last year and that was a drag but they took THAT MUCH out and you're still anticipating a bill? EESH.....
 
god...i wish i paid $50,000 in taxes...cuz that means I have a job that gives me a lot more...Im on year 3 of a 4 year plan to elminate debt...so...no plans for anyhting new unless i can trade or sell and buy...if i did though i would want a female specter...
 
Yea its special to know that 1/3 of my check every month goes to taxes...so the Gov't can have more money to do whatever they want to me when it comes to passing laws that keep me from being able to quit working 60+ hours a week. So I can breed snakes and make enough money not to have to work a 60 hour a week job and spend more time with my family and hobby.

Apparently plans have changed, probably gonna buy a Black Pewterblast, build a rack, take a trip to Disney, and pay for my maintenance on the myrtle beach condo, and put some aside to pay for the trip to Myrtle for July 4 th and my birthday. So I'm kinda pumped, a black pastel breeder female and a Black pewterblast male. Should move my black super pewter project along well, with a twist.
 
I owed at tax time for 12 years, so I know how bad it sucks. I've been fortunate enough to get money back last year and this year. If you pay that much, you need a new CPA.

I think my Fiancee would throw a party if I brought all of those nice snakes home. LOL.

I think I'm just going to build a couple more racks and MAYBE pick up a pin het hypo :thumbsup:
 
I agree...get a new CPA...or stop doing it yourself and hire 1...its amazing what a good CPA can do for you come tax time...Daniel...I might have some spinner blast hatching in about 3 weeks!!!! But I might be keeping them too.....lol
