    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

My vet was checking my regurging cornsnake and suggested my 77 AC temperature might be a bit cold for nighttime when my basking light goes out.

He said to get a digital thermometer for each end of the tank and monitor it to see, but I've seen these remote thermometer advertised and was wondering if they are any good??

If so, which is the best one??
 
Heck yeah they work! I have three of them. Once you get one, you will never understand how you got along without it.

ProExotics sells a really nice pocket sized unit that is very inexpensive and does an excellent job. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
 
I would get the PE-2 instaead of the PE-1. The 2 has a better range on it. 8 : 1 I beleive and the 1 has an 1 : 1.
