Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I will make this short & sweet at this time,more juicy info to come later as things progress.Terry Parks[dishonest herper] is holding of mine,a large number of breeder snakes & offspring due from last year's breedings & this year's too.He was supposed to ship me offspring due to me weeks ago & has decided to cut off all communication[email & phone],including his wife cutting me off on a phone call last night to her cell phone,complaining about my calls & stating"Terry can't afford pay for shipping"[this was the only conversation in the last three weeks]no response to my multitude of emails & phone messages!this behavior in the herpetological business world has to come to a stop!anyone who has contact with Terry Parks,please contact me at [email protected] with any info or help,thanks.Dave Powell[honest herper]

Dave I really hope you get some resolution to all this. It always makes me wonder why people consort with known bad guys. I guess some of us always try to find the "GOOD" in some people huh?

I haven't spoken with Terry for quite a while, but the correspondences that I shared with him in the past was pleasant and friendly. I even endorsed him in another thread as a good guy. He sure had me fooled, but I guess that's what scamming is all about....fooling people. There is NO EXCUSE for his actions. I hope you recover what's yours and hope that if you do, be sure to quarenteen.

You do not have his address?

I think you should consider a couple things:
You should fly out here to recover your snakes. How many is he holding? What is their cost compared to a flight ticket? Is it worth the flight? Arrange things will the Bakersfield Police to recover before flying out. Make it his Christmas gift.

Dave, how did you get in contact with Terry in the first place? From what I understand there was a couple of people here who went together with Wes to confront Terry, but they never saw him. If you do not have his info maybe Kelli does. I am still trying to find out why you do not have his address. You have his phone number, contact the local police in Bakersfield and they can get his address when you decide to get out here and retrieve your snakes with them. A $500 airline ticket is nothing compared to what he has of yours.

Wes did go visit Terry and did recover some of Kelli’s snakes. He went alone.
