    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I just want to tell John thank you for banning me for 3 days. It made me realize how much I miss this place and how my attitude did get out of control. I am glad you did what you did and next time I will take your advice. I shouldn't have said what I said in the first place but I did and I got what I deserved, so thank you.

I know you guys are trying to make this a better place and I don't want to be one dragging it down.
 
Your sentiment is appreciated Justin. Whether the post made in violation of the rules is truthful or not, we have to enforce them evenly.
 
Man, as a mod on another forum. It is great to see people step up, respect the mods for what they do, and admit when they were in the wrong.:thumbsup:
 
Yeah, it's unusual, to say the least. Usually we get nothing but profanity saturated flak and grief for just trying to make this a better place. To be perfectly honest, that is exactly what I expected when I saw this thread title.

Seriously, I don't think any of the staff here truly enjoys banning someone. Truth be known, I believe we all truly regret when we have to take that step. That is counter intuitive to the purposes of this site, and really a last resort when all else fails. Some people seem to believe that they have some sort of God's given RIGHT to do as they please here, and that we MUST bend to their will to allow that to happen. Unfortunately for them, that just is not the case, and if they go toe to toe with any of the staff here, they needn't expect to be around here very long.

I must say, this was a refreshing change from someone who did get banned from here. :thumbsup:
 
No problem guys. I know I was in the wrong for what I did and my actions recieved consequences which I can respect. I have been on this site long enough to know how to behave and I let my temper get the best of me. I am not going to come on here and cuss at everyone for banning me when it was my fault in the first place. John made the right call and I learned my lesson.
