    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

The Chocolate Vanilla is here. (Update with post shed pictures.)

I believe I have the first documented combo of the Chocolate Gene with the Vanilla Gene. I was going to call it the Obama, but decided I didn't want to insult the snake. So I am thinking of going with Chocolate Cream. Sorry, but the girl has not shed yet and still has that glossy look no matter what light you put on her.

Not what i expected from this combo at all, i dont think anyone is going to pursuit this combo now. I understand that you did the combo because its never been done but its not a head turner.

Thanks all.
I think after it sheds it will look a lot nicer, congrats on the combo!
I'm thinking it will look like a Brass ball as it ages.

I really can't say yet. When you put vanilla and or chocolate in stuff you normally have to wait a year or so to get the full effect of both of those genetics. Also considering Vanilla and Chocolate hatchlings by them selves can easily be mistaken as normals by a lot of people I consider the combo a marked change. No, it isn't the first Blue Eyed Lucy and going to turn the snake world on its head, but then again look up the Chocolate Fire!

I think it looks great can't wait to see it after it sheds. I'm partial to the darker snakes though. Anyway congrats on the combo.

I'm not commenting on your project - I don't have any strong opinions on it yet, I want to keep an open mind; but I'm not sure I understand why you suggested we look at the chocolate fire. As an example of awesome, or disappointment?

Thanks everyone.

The Fire and Vanilla appear to have a similar relation to each other as those in the BEL complex. I had not seen the Fire Chocolate when I started this pairing. I found out about that after I had eggs on the ground. I was really hoping my outcome would be different and am pleased with the difference.

This is beside a Vanilla sibling

The next one is an example of a chocolate, notice how the head doesn't have anything close to the faded pattern of the other.
