In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

OK, so I lied earlier when I said I wasn't going to mess with her. I had to go look at her again, and another on of her sisters came out too.

First the sister.

Thank you! All of the "normals" are 66% poss het clowns.

This has been a long project for me that has finally come to fruition!

Congrats Robin great looking clutch... That clown is hot and It looks like you have at least one het clown(light colored one in middle of pic, female?...). :D

Huge congrats again this season!!! That POG wasn't very long ago, and now a SWEET looking clown! I guess it's safe to assume that you have a big case of "permagrin"!!! :D

Beautiful clown - and I dislike at least 92% of the clowns I see posted.
(Couple of the sibs are looking pretty darned good, too)

Thanks everyone for the comments!

Action - all of the babies in the group photo are female. There were two more still hanging out in their respective eggs last night. Once they crawl out, I'll find out if they are also female.

The poss hets all take after their mother. I don't think I'm keeping any of them, though it's possible I might keep just one of them. I'm currently thinning out my collection of normals and a few hets (like my het hypo male, since I now have the POG). I've also got a group of five poss het clowns from previous years that I'm letting go, since I have one proven het clown female, another het clown female I'm breeding this year, and now the clown female.

Needless to say - I'll likely repeat this pairing this season, especially since momma is pounding food currently.

Harald, I'm pretty picky about clowns myself. Well, actually - I'm pretty picky about all morphs - my personal standard is pretty high when it comes to pulling the trigger when I add to the collection. It can take me up to a year to find the right animal when I decide to add a new mutation to the collection. It took me almost 16 months to find my ideal cinnamon.

I'm just now starting to see the benefits of my collection strategy with resulting offspring. :)

So, of course I held my breath on this clutch hoping that the resulting clown(s) would meet my ideal of the mutation. I'm a huge fan of reduced patterned clowns. She's got a few spots, but I can live with them! LOL

And I agree - I LOVE the poss hets. Some of the best looking "normals" I've produced.

Great clutch, Congrats. I had to laugh at you though Harald, where did you pull the arbitrary number of 92% why not round off to 90%? Lol

Because 92% is more than 90%, so rounding down would have been more of an understatement. As far as where I pulled the number from...that pretty much goes without saying. :bleep: (Feel free to pull one for yourself, if you like - I've got plenty left)
