    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I WANT this snake...but I can not afford it. He's on King Snake for 6,000. Even the breeder has no idea what is going on here. What do you think?

Here is the description:

THE FREAK-not sure what the genetics of this 250 grams of awesomeness is. What we do know is the following.
1-it is a male
2-it had multiple males parents and one was a yb which would make sense
3-it is easily one of the most outrageous balls ever
4-it looks like it has 3 different snakes in one--truly outstanding. It is one of the most intense paradox animals I have ever seen

They didn't have any belly pics.

Paradox pied would rock.

I have seen that other snake and I want that one too!
 
Both of those snakes are freaking crazy looking. I would keep that snake if I was that guy...then again I've never been offered 6k for a snake.

I agree, they're both amazing animals even just as display snakes.

I'd be shocked, though, if either proves to be anything other than a chimera. I don't know how it works in snakes, but in most animals, chimerism isn't really inheritable, if the animal is fertile at all. (Sometimes the gametes are chimeristic themselves and reproduction gets wonky.)
 
I wonder if that could be from genes and crazy incubation? I'd be STOKED if it was genetic, but man, too much for me to gamble on it lol! XD
 
I very much doubt that it is genetic. It's gotta be a chimera as Dheid says. If I produced it, it would stay in my collection as a show snake forever and ever!
 
Nice!! I would never sell that snake, genetic or not to me it would be priceless!! (Like a few in my collection are priceless to me... Like my bee female XD )


But 6Gs is a lot to gamble on it. It can be a multiple fathered snakes as that's Impossible and I like it that way, makes everything more challenging.


If I was the breeder I would take the next few years experimenting. Each season breed one of the multiple males to the female to see what happens. May take a few years but if there is something genetic going on it would be worth the experimentation. The season/pairing after breeding one of the males to mom each season would be son back to mom. (Some may do that right away but I would want to know exactly what male gave me that baby if possible first!!)
