Yes, it was him that started this madness I call a hobby. Here is my very first Gecko ever. I got him from Petco Oct 2001. Just weighed him and he is a wopping 94 grams of pure manliness!

Here's my first, though it isn't a leo.... this sweet little thing is named Jaxey, and while I find it MIND BOGGLING to think, it was inly in October of 2004!!

i dont have pics of my first female anymore. makes me sad. she was a normal and an adult when i got her. died in june this year
 
Very nice gecko Jeanne! Here is my first gecko, Bubu; I got him in 2002:

Out of all my geckos, he is the most picky eater and is the most light-weight male (at 80g though). :rolleyes: Whenever I walk near, he would climb to the highest point in his tank waiting to be picked up, and that makes me feel really warm... :)
 
This is my first, Mystic. Sorry but i do not know her weight but i can say i got here in January 2003. Such a sweetheart.

Ok I had to go searching...But this is the gecko that started it all for me. He is now gone I believe he was already much older when I bought him...he was the mellowest gecko I ever owned...I still miss the big guy...Have no idea how much he weighed but he was huge.didn't have a scale back then.This was taken waaaayyyyy back with an very crappy 25$ digital camera so its not a great pic
