But it concerns something Mario brought on here that apparently he wasn't truly prepared to control to the degree he wanted to. That vague enough for you? Well it was a discusting, paranoid neurotic attack on yet another unwitting mutual friend.

And on that topic, I wish Rakell never had to be brought into this, it is a shame that she has been forced to defend herself here simply because she has tied herself to Mario and GeckoNetwork long before Mario made his neurosis known to this extent.

Yes, i have made multiple screen names on a few forums, including names such as "Rakell", "Rakell G", "GeckoFreak", and sometimes "KrinKel".

Key words "such as". Dude, i am registered on about 15 different forums. My usual screennames were the ones i listed above.

GI's password mailer stinks worse than your manners. Each time i have gone to GI to read through the posts, and possibly consider posting, I have had to make a new screenname because by the time i fiddled with the password recovery system trying to find my old password ~till i thought my head was going to explode from frustration~ i would finally just give up and re-register. Even after re-registering i rarely ever posted.
Oh, and im not lying. I didnt troll GI. I believe that what most people consider a troll is someone who plagues a forum or other internet community with false information and/or questions will all intentions of causing hate and discontent OR someone who sets(makes) a post or other comment with intentions of getting other people to "bite" or comment on it, with further hopes of starting:
a. an ARGUEMENT
b. an uproar
c. making others look foolish
d. all of the above. OH WAIT! Isnt that what you just did?!

So let me get this straight. I was banned from GeckoIsland for being a troll because i had more than one screenname, and minimal non-offensive posts? I believe AT MOST i have made 2 or 3 posts on GI in the last year, and none of these posts involved cruel intentions or made hateful statements. So what exactly is your point, ED? Plain and simple.

#1 ~ i did not intend that post as spam. Nowhere did i say "hey all come to geckofreak.com! Visit my site now! yada yada

In most PHP style forums, there can be problems with some things such as the password recovery system.

Problem with that is that most people, even PC illiterate ones do know how to send an email to an admin, or a mod, even to get on the java chat and ask that their password is fixed or changed so that they may enter the site they are attempting to post on.
(seems that this is something you would know about since you have been an admin or a mod for quite some time.)

As for the password recovery system working or not, the #1 reason that it won't send a password is if that account has been locked, password changed along with email addy in order to prevent a recovery.
Maybe that's why all the accounts you had did not let you recover your password AND you knew why, so you attempted to circumvent the measures placed to prevent the screen names from being placed into use again.

Then again, that is , how can I put this, so that it is in a form you understand fully?- just a theory.

On all of the forums I admin, there have only been a few peeps that have been locked out. A very small percentage of the total membership. None of them were locked due to dissagreeing with an admin or a mod.
They were locked after multiple (notice the word 'multiple') violations of the TOS and having received warnings for the violations multiple (same word, same meaning) warnings of such.
Unlike other sites that not only lock you out, hide the posts, delete the posts, and then BAN after their first post on a site.

The banning of Ritchie was a mistake on the Admins part.
The post could have been turned around to be a joke and reposted in a misc. or humor forum and the membership left alone so that we could all see that maybe the Admins there aren't so bad.
But too late now, we ALL know that things will be done to hide, distort or otherwise mislead everyone to believe the admins are spottless there.

As someone said, too bad we are at each others throats, I know that it would be good to let certain people see what it is like to be on a forum that as Adminned fairly, without personal issues mukking up the forums.
But as history has shown, once a person digs their hole, it is an even longer time for them to fill the hole and leave it behind.

Not all of the reptile forums are run with an iron fist, where personall issues result in locked accounts.
Many are very fair and do let others open discussions with or even about Admins and mods. Sure, it may get to be a little bit of a heated discussion from time to time, but the Admins and mods don't take it personally, they deal with it in the open and resolve whatever probs there are.
Without locking or banning anyone.

In other words, more of a family type forum rather than a 'Look at my godlike powers' type group.
