I had nothing to do with your post and by knocking the entire site over your hatred for me has put you in the can with the members that are active and advertise on that site. Do some research on the facts before you make anymore remarks. I have made several deals since I moved to Texas and have allot more in the works. As far as me being in the can with the members of your site.....none of them seemed to have a problem with me at the expo last weekend and were actually very nice and supportive of me. And I am sure that they are mature enough to know that the site is not a bad egg....just a couple of the moderators who knowingly do what they shouldn't are.

I'm not sorry for my remarks about Don. Plain and simple he broke the law. There was more to it then a simple permit violation. Instead of standing behind the people making the reptile biz harder on the rest of us with there illegal action we should be glad they are weeded out. The forum went through a complete face lift. It is not there for the BS that was starting. Went from 400 members (most from the boi and war room just to watch a fight) to 97 members. I can tell you that the accounts I deleted were ones that had never made a post. There are new mods and we are back up to 220 members. You are more then welcome to join the forums, like I said I never had a problem with you

The emerald puke and as soon as I seen it I called you. I put it down and you were fine with it.

Actually it wasn't as soon as you saw it but you called to say 'hi' and then said, "hey let me go and check on the emerald I got from you", and then the drama started. You even magically had your camera handy for pics and had the pics to me within 5 minutes....a series of pics that didn't match up at all. The first pic shows an emerald in the 'striking' position with lights on and newspaper in the bottom of the enclosure. The second picture shows an emerald in the dark through the side of an enclosure with it's mouth open, and the end of a rodents tail sticking out of the side of it and no newspaper in the bottom. The third picture shows what looks like 'dried' redtail boa feces on newspaper with a dried urate stain around it. You claimed it happened 5 minutes earlier...dried pretty quick. And yes I said I had no problem with the animal being frozen but I never believed for one second that there was a problem with the animal and I am sure you either sold it to someone or you still have it....afterall, on a forum you claimed that I got f***ed so that says a lot.

Actually you were on my case for a year prior to that and I even received e-mails form your buddy Tim about me (he wasn't your buddy at the time), and he was making me aware of what you were up to. And yes you did take my side on the Tim thing but said you wouldn't post it in public. You even said that Tim knew the snake was messed up but you would never post it. By the way we had any business relationship to have a 'falling out'.

I would really like to hear from the members that are active and advertise on the site that have a problem with me. If I am in the can as you put it Let some of the members come here and explain why I am in the can for outing bad moderators on the site that are engaged in wrongful things. It does have to do with the Rachy Network forums because that's where illegal and immoral things took place by 1 or more moderators. Impersonating me by maliciously changing the content of my classified ad, impersonating me by posting a bogus e-mail concocted my a moderator there, intentionally trying to hurt my business by changing my classified ad, intentionally trying to hurt my name and reputation by posting a bogus e-mail that a moderator there made up, moderators posting malicious and defamatory comments about me,....shall I go on? All of this took place on The Rachodactylus Network Forums so wouldn't that involve the same site....yes it would. Let any member from there tell me it's wrong to hold the Moderators and owner of the site accountable for this.....

After speaking to someone about this they suggested that I go ahead and accept your offer to transfer the domain name ghireptiles.com to me. All you have to do is to go through whoever you registered it through and follow steps on their website for transferring a domain name or call them in Australia and do it over the phone. I know you have all of my contact information including e-mails, address, and so on so this can be done by yourself. Please post here the progress and when you have successfully accomplished the transfer of the domain name which is rightfully mine....
