At least he has a leash on his scumbag buddy Tim Bowles so far today.....no posts full of whining, lies, libelous comments, use of copywrited pictures that don't belong to him, or just stupid comments in general on The Rachodactylus Network snake forum. Do yourself a favor Bowles keep it under wraps from now on.....you are aiding in destroying The Rachodactylus Network.

I got a PM this morning from one of the members there and this is a small part of it......

I was just reading the thread about rhacodactylus.net, and I agree with you, there are some shady people around there.

I will leave out the rest in order to protect this person from probable harrassment and banishment from that forum. I wouldn't want him to have to go through what I have endured for the last couple of years from these two.

Bobby kept telling me in Pms he was going to get Phillip the snake. I believed him really. I thiught Bobby is not going to to screw a kid out of a 15 dollar snake. Jsut not cool.

But as time went on I see that he was. he did not give him the snake at the next show like he said he was. Or the next.

Matt stepping up like that and helping out a fellow herper when you didn't have to is awesome.


About Bobby's forums. He seemed not to have one problem doing the smae thing on TRR. Causing me problems. Or using other peoples real names. Yes Bobby used another breeders full name. That is identity theft. Tim and bobby thought it was funny.

He says that his forums are for people to talk about geckos. It seems to me the whole thing was built to slam Matt with out them worrying about people telling the truth about the whole thing.

Well I see all you have to do is post the TOS of Yahoo and highlight some of the horrible violations that have occured on Bobby Pruetts snake forum and they stop their childish behavior. Thanks Yahoo and your TOS for helping to keep illegal things from occuring on your hosted sites!

Yes he did Thomas although.........

there is no need for the continued types of harrassment I get from him seemingly as a result of him being caught for his own bad deeds. I mean both he and Bobby seem to have major issues. I have been threatened to the point where the FBI has been contacted. Libelous statements have been made to the point of 'ToHotToHandle' (Tim's login name on the Rachodactylus Network's forums) posting on the sites snake forum that I am a predator and everyone should lock up their children. C'mon comments like that are absolutely rediculous and are a sign of someone struggling to make another look bad because they have nothing on them at all. Even worse is he is a moderator on the site and Bobby Pruett lets him get away with it, although Bobby also gets his blatent BS and lies in so they seem to ba a good team like always . I guess this is what you can expect when you frequent the forementioned forum. From what Timmy boy has stated in a sworn affidavit when he was taken to court, he is not in business but runs/ran a small website where he occasionally posts animals for sale. Unfortunately The judge said even though I have an easy case, florida does not have jurisdication over the defendant Bowles because he has not done enough business here. On the bad side, the judge told me that suing him in Ohio would most likely get me a judgement but chances of collecting out of state are slim to none......very hard he said.

But I will tell you this........Even though he still owes me $3,400.00 and I will most likely never see it, seeing what this guy has done to himself publicly with the way he has acted and continues to act and knowing what 99% of the herp community thinks about him, which isn't good, that's judgement enough for me and I consider it a victory for sure.

Anyhow, Matt, I really wouldn't be overly concerned with what Tim Bowles has to say. He made himself out to look like the biggest jacka** I have ever seen. Just link anyone who has any doubts about you to the original thread (and please, for the LOVE OF GOD provide a few cliffnotes), and they'll be able to see this for themselves.
