After having consulted his shyster attorney, I suspect that he's been advised to no longer acknowledge the fact that he's no longer acknowledging the terms of the initial purchase. After making some fairly counterintuitive claims, he probably sees this is a wonderful time to start exercising his 5th Amendment rights. I'd have to guess that, from here on out, Mr. Coral is going to be fairly scarce around here.
Unfortunately I believe your going to be right and that we won't really see TheSerpentarium on here anymore. It would have been nice to hear back from Mr.Coral as I had hoped either he had some explanation or would decide to pay any debt. he owed. It's also unfortunate that if Mr. Coral did cheat Mr. Gillingham I don't believe this thread will hurt his business as much as it should. Still hopefully those of us that have read this thread will not buy from TheSerpenatium and inform our friends to do the same if Mr. Coral doesn't respond with an explanation.
I will also say that I'm pleased that many of the members on here have such a strong moral compass. It's nice to know that there are still people who have a sense of honor and believe in paying back debt. when they can. I personally never declared bankruptcy despite having fractured several vertebrate, crushing discs and the loss of my job due to these and other injuries. I was considering bankruptcy as I felt at a loss to do anything else but my parents pushed me to hold on and do what I could to pay back that which I owed, so I did. I never lowered my Child Support payments or shirked off any of my debt. I struggled and while I'm not where I'd like to be financially I will say I'm happy for choosing the path I did.
