In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Bad Guy The Serpentarium- Lodi, Ca

With Lucille, covered in scab/sores and noticing 4, are 2 completely different things. When you come to the boi, you need to be prepared to go into as much detail as possible and expect to get precise detailed questions. That is how many get caught in lies here, which tend to change outcomes and people who are following these threads perceptions.

Marcus,

Perhaps you didn't read the entire post(?), but the matter of the snake being WC or CB is a moot point, as it is not in question. Brandon believes I told him that it was CB, yet I did not. It was a misunderstanding that I apologized for and offered a full refund. I never claimed it to be CB, nor would I ever lie to a customer. I also tried to steer him away from a Red Tail Green Rat Snake more than once, but he insisted.

Regards,

Robert Coral

www.SnakeMuseum.com

You are 100% wrong Robert, you said to me that you could order me a red tail green rat "wild caught" for cheap but they do not do well in captivity...so we proceeded to order the Captive Bred.

Brandon,

Could you elaborate more on your above statement? Did Robert give you a price on what a WC snake would be compared to a CB one?

With Lucille, covered in scab/sores and noticing 4, are 2 completely different things.

It was actually Rich in post 103 that brought this up, but yes, to me as well they are very different and not just an oversight of detail.

Never said you were lying, but common sense would tell most people that when you come to a site that is only about experiences of selling, buying and/or trading, that attention to detail is crucial and very pertinent.

So, can you explain in detail, what the covered in scabs/sores vs found 4 sores/scabs and which it is. Was the snake "covered" or was there just a few the first time you saw the snake

So lets break this down. All the Lies aside you think I have made. What are known facts?

Robert knew of his poor condition and gave him to me anyway.

Two blisters, scabs, either way diseased.

He was going to euthanize the snake or send to shipper

=======

I accepted the snake in poor condition with concerns
The good in me accepted it regardless, I have a heart.

My fault yes, I took responsibility really if you look at it that way

But this does say you cannot trust Robert to do what is best for his customer

So, if the seller (Robert) admitted the poor condition and however many sores, why did you take it at that time ??

Legally, you have 72 hours to return any merchandise to the seller, as long as no damage (or changes) have been done while in your care.

If the seller said this snake is in poor condition, you should have said, im no longer interested based on what you just said about the snake. You should have gotten your money back (if you had paid him already) and he should have sent the snake back to the orginal keeper for his money back.

When I received the snake, I noticed he had more than 2 but were 4 {which was my first thought.} As Robert stated there were only 2. I gave benefit of doubt and had his employee call Robert to verify the snake was fine and would heal.

Lucille again Brandon isn't lying but you have to be there to experience the person. And I thought he said UVB but he did correct me. That was my post. But the lighting is still an unnecessary purchase.

He was going to euthanize the snake

We are completely capable of caring for the snake ourselves, but he refuses to return. He claims because we said we would euthanize it. That makes no sense. Why would I just "throw away" money or the snake? What I told him was that we would either send the animal back to whom we purchased it from (which is NOT an importer, but one of the most prominent names in the reptile industry), or, if (and only if) it did not respond to our care that we would ultimately euthanize it. Any twisting of words is simply an attempt at trying to make us look evil.

More paint Brandon?

He did what's best for his "customer" which is to offer a refund for the return of the snake a FULL refund. I don't understand why this is confusing you, or why if customer service is your big issue that you wont take him up on it.

TBH in the time frame that you've had the snake, and the "petshop" (I use that lightly since it's apparent the place in question is anything but, (that being better than a mere petshop)) origin of the snake in question I would be happy that they are offering to take the snake back at all since most places (even the most well meaning and well run) have a no guarantee on live animals once you buy it, or a very limited guarantee. :shrug01: just baffled is all

also, just my .02$ for being a WC it looks pretty spiffy

I wouldn't be so sure, as if you look back to the beginning of the thread, the snake in question was supposed to be a display animal....you'd need some type of lighting to display it I would think.

You obviously have different views in life. That is okay we are obligated to this.
