Dave, It's not to hard to figure out with a name like Sonia Rafaella a Hispanic woman is involved and both times she wrote you without referencing your ad you quoted her prices that were at least $50 higher than advertised. Regarding the alternate animal, you offered me an Anery that was posted in the classifieds at the time and if I was interested in it I would have contacted you about it. When you chose to post the Peruvian Redtail at Herpauction you agreed to follow certain rules that governed the process. I followed them accordingly and you didn't. That tells me something about your character right there. Regarding the topic here concerning Neal's break in I'm sorry to see this as an opportunity to air dirty laundry and an anything goes attitude to hurt the other guy situation. You guys were friends and I'm really sorry to see it has come to this. If you truly have factual evidence then present it or let this subject rest in peace. Hopefully the investigator's report will shed some light on the subject. Until then I which all posts here would come to a grinding halt.

Thanks for posting those police report numbers.  Have you got the information available that Trooper Walsh is asking for?  As far as I know, that is all that anyone has asked of you that you have not yet shown to us in regards to this matter.

Dave, I think the ball is in your court.  Can you post any pertinent information from those reports that would show Neil to be something other than what he has claimed to be (a victim)?

The business referrence of "d/b/a" DOES mean "doing business as," and it simply means that an entity (a person, partnership, or corporation of some sort) is operating a business under a name that is not the legally recorded name.  It is a common practice, especially when multiple businesses are owned by the same entity.

Ritchie, your posting about the ownership issue was rather cryptic (purposefully so, I would imagine).  Can you shed some light on what you know?  I think it would be a big help for everyone with real information to chime in here to resolve this matter once and for all.

Neil about those police report dates, what about the theft that took place in December, 2001??

Neil, I'm not taking sides with anyone. I'm just a bit confused. Were there two burglaires in 2001? You told everyone you were robbed in Dec. 2001 yet the police reports have an earlier date. I don't get it. You do remember the Dec. 2001 burglary right? If so, then there should be a police report on(or near) that date correct?

Everyone who has read this thread knows that I have been willing to give you (and everyone else) the benefit of the doubt.  However, you have to admit that it seems funny that there is no report date in that list that is anywhere close to 12/16/01, don't you think?  At first, I just thought it was a typo and the one report date should have been 1/11/02, but then the report number would have started with the digits 02, wouldn't they?

I'm not saying you're lying about these dates and report numbers, but something isn't right here.  Please try to clear this up for us, because as it is, it just doesn't make much sense.

why the difference in the picture story?  I know it is a little thing.  but if you can change your story about little things...how often have you changed everything else.

Also Neil....someone cited inconsictencies (spelling) in your dates....and your answer to them is too get all riled up and throw a tantrum about poor Neil.  I thought you were robbed twice in 2001?  or do I have the wrong info?
Also why was the "State of the ART" survailance equipment conveniently turned off on the night in question? inquiring minds want to know.

Well we want answers to our questions.....NOT JUST THE EASY ONES.

1)  how anyone could have moved that 200 pound cage that was made into the floor?
2) why the glass was broken out not in?
3) how a rack that needs a key that only you have was unlocked and the tanks were nicely set on the floor and the snakes were taken?
4) Where were you @1:30 am and the alarm company had to get you on your cell phone while you were driving and you told them to call your store manager?  a quote "I was to busy to be bothered with it",
5) Why the only snake taken were sick or belonged to someone else?
6) why the Responding officers said "this was a inside job.  there are witnesses to all of this?
7) Why all the pry marks are from the inside prying out?
8) why the video recorder was dis-connected by him prior to the robbery?


These were questions brought up by Dave.  These are the questions I want answers to.  And do not bring up the fact that Dave is a liar.....I KNOW the video equipment was conveniently turned off.

Do not e-mail me the answers....post them here for the world to see.

I was suspicious of Dave's posts becase he was making all sorts of accusations, providing little or no proof.  I still can't ascribe most of what he has said to you or your character because he still hasn't offered proof beyond the "I said, he said" stuff that has been throughout his arguments.  But, Neil, for you to say that you refuse to explain yourself when there appears to be inconsistancies in your facts about the case(s) so pertinent as the very dates of the event(s), how can you expect anyone to not have suspicions about YOUR story?

If this is out of line, stand up and make everyone understand where the info is wrong, or what the deal actually is.  I've seen you write countless messages about how people make it worse for themselves by not being as forthright as possible.  Why go down this path at all?

When I questioned Dave's postings due to their lack of substantiation, you said that I had "a friend in Tampa."  Cool, but can you now withdraw that offer of friendship simply because I am consistent in asking you to substantiate your claims as well?  I just think we all deserve some sort of explanation, given the money people sent for you and the amount of time and energy many more spent keeping an eye out for your stolen animals.  

Have you provided that documentation that Trooper Walsh asked you for?  That would help to clean up that portion of this mess, I would think.


Finally, Ritchie Luna (who's never been caught lying, to my knowledge, about anything, I might add) says that he knows that the video camera was turned off in your shop the night of this last burglary.  Is that true?  Ritchie may need to divulge how he knows this to be true if you deny it, but if you say one thing and Ritchie says another, someone HAS to be lying (you, Ritchie, or the person(s) that told him it was turned off).  So, which is it?

Evryone I was going to post and give Neil a chance to come clean and fess up to the lies that he has told you.Well Neil I will not do that now since you want to shift and change the subject.I went to Tampa P.D. AND GOT THE REPORTS:

I paid to have a name search done on the snake pit and 4 hits came up no more no less only 4 the lady told me that this is all there is:

and there is a active case for the last one

As I told everyone Neil did not make reports out on 2 of the 4 robberies (2 in 01,1 in oo and 1 in 02) The robbery where everyone donated money there is no report.I will be posting these in full soon.

I am not the liar that Neil wants me to be,but I do my homework and if what I think is true (I have to check to get the proof)I will be calling the insurance board in the morning.
