    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Neil..............we question Dave....and everything is hunky dory.

Then we question you....all of a sudden you only answer the simple questions....Then you start in on the "I thought we were friends"  and then all of a sudden "we are out for blood."

Neil...Just because you and I post here as often as we do does not mean we don't have to answer any of the questions put forth by the people.   If and when it will be my turn...I KNOW I will answer the questions.  You should too.   This board will loose credibility if certain people are excempt from answering questions.

Then you are going to Sue Dave for libelous slander whatever whatever............umm does this mean the investigator will get sued IF he supects you?


Instead of giving us the answers we look for....YOu instead sue Dave to try and shut him up.  What does that mean to me?

when people sue other people so that they do not have to answer questions......In my opinion that makes them guilty with something to hide.

My questions

1)  how anyone could have moved that 200 pound cage that was made into the floor?
2) why the glass was broken out not in?
3) how a rack that needs a key that only you have was unlocked and the tanks were nicely set on the floor and the snakes were taken?
4) Where were you @1:30 am and the alarm company had to get you on your cell phone while you were driving and you told them to call your store manager?  a quote "I was to busy to be bothered with it",
5) Why the only snake taken were sick or belonged to someone else?
6) why the Responding officers said "this was a inside job.  there are witnesses to all of this?
7) Why all the pry marks are from the inside prying out?
8) why the video recorder was dis-connected by him prior to the robbery?


Neils answers
1.  I somehow moved my 200 pound Iguana tank which is nailed to the floor (it's not nailed down at all, and it's less than 100 pounds)
2.  The glass was ALL OVER the inside of the store when the cops showed up....it was definitely outside, in!
3.  Why I didn't use my key for the other two display cases is beyond me, I could have saved a lot of money.  that's why all the screen tops were destroyed.
4.  I was sleeping.  I'm 20 minutes away and Angie is across the street.
5.  I could not find his answer.
6.  I could not find the answer.
7.  There are no PRY MARKS at all except on the OUTSIDE of the window where they ripped the bars off!!
8.  it was ripped out of the wall

Neil the answer to your question of Where are you GETTING this stuff??? What? You talking to Dave regularly via email....I can GUARANTEE he'll bring you right down with him...if you LET HIM!!

Dave, that sure is some earth-shattering proof!!! Well, maybe if I could read it, I might say that. I'd use a telescope to read it, but the local planetarium is closed for remodeling. Can you see your way to maybe blowing up those pics? Or e-mailing them direct to me?

I see 3 police reports. 1 driveby/walkby shooting and 2 burglaries. A couple of questions. Are these the only reports on record with the TPD regarding the Snake Pit? If not, where are the other 2 reports. Also, on the 2 burglary reports, regarding the taken animals listed on them. Are those the exact animals Neil posted on the BOI as being stolen? Or did he post more or less taken on the BOI?  Now in all 3 of the reports shown, each case was relegated to inactive status. Correct me if I'm wrong, but was that due to lack of evidence and/or suspect(s)?

And finally,.......

Please explain to me just how these reports are damaging to either Neil's or Dave's side. How do they prove culpability on Neil or Dave's behalf?
 
My understanding is that these are all of them with exception to the latest robbery there is a report but it is still active so I could not get the report.Now they are admin. clear for 2 reasons age and Lack of evidance.These are important due to the fact that Neil gave these case # (twice) He swore that they were the numbers for the march 2001 robbery (which is there,it was also the last robbery he had insurance.That will be important later) the robbery he had in Dec. 2001 (which no report was on file,That is when everyone donated money) and The robbery in 2000.As you can see he lied about the case #'s and it would seem as if he lied about filling out reports on at least 2 out of the 4 robberies.As far as the animals ,yes he added some to the report in march (padded the insurance claim that is what I am looking up now then I call the insurance board)I am also gathering physical proof that He lied about what was taken (animals and cash) in all the robberies.This is a step in the direction to show everyone that I was Not lying or spewing trash.That is why Neil had a bogus e-mail sent to me acting as a attorney and Why I got a call from a Det. today demanding all my paperwork in thisBut when I ask to meet him at the T.P.D. station they hung -up.

Quite true, Dave. It is a step. However, further proof is needed. Though it is somewhat unfavorable towards Neil, it does not prove his guilt beyond a reasonable doubt. Nor does it prove your case either. Also, as we are both familiar with the judicial system, it is not convictable evidence. More so circumstantial than anything. But, I might add, it is a step in lending credibility to your cause. I still need to see further proof of guilt on Neils' part, for me to render a decision/judgment for or against him. Does this mean Neil lied about the police report?  hhmmmm
Neil's numbers themselves does not show anything for the December 2001 break in.....but yet he says he filed a report.  hmmmm

So Neil am I supposed to get rid of my brain and still trust in you blindly?

p.s. if it was my store....I do not care who lives the closest.....I would have been there inthree seconds flat with my shotgun in hand.  I would not send some manager just because she is closer.  That is...if it was really my store

I was just thinking about something............is THAT the big news that we were waiting for from Neil.  I thought he was going to bring out this Earth shattering evidence that either he DIDN'T do anything or that Dave DID do something......rather all we have now is a "shut up Dave" tactic.  

I swear, this whole thing gets deeper and deeper every day.   I'm not sure who to believe in this case.......I keep getting more and more confused as this goes on.  I do know that I am offended by Neil's lack of supported claims, in that he is always the frontrunner in the race to find the answers in other threads (save for Ritchie)  but when it comes to him, he want's everybody to back off.  This is distubring to say the least.  

One other thing about this whole thread that suprises me (I guess it shouldn't though) is the issue of background checks.....criminal records.  I actually feel left out, being a law abiding citizen, and YES, it IS important.  I've worked for numorous companies that require BG checks prior to hiring.  Should I now require one when dealing with somebody over the net?  It goes a long way when deciding on who to trust and who not to.  

the only absolute I get from this is that there are definately a lot of snakes in the reptile business..............
