    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Well at least this "new better person" you claim to be doesn't shout anymore (CAPS)...Let's put it to a test:

A couple of questions that you can easily answered as they are completely unrelated to the burglary (as are also others Ritchie posted) and can not be incriminating.

What did Trooper Walsh have to say about the snake?

Where is Alex P., why doesn't he want to answer e-mails?

What I want to prove with these to questions is if the conversation that Dave Lawson claims he had with you took place or not.

hey neil, eddie told me that if your lawyer told you that you can expect to receive any remedy whatsoever from any case against dave, that your lawyer is pulling the wool over your eyes while bending you over and greasing up his rooster!  those cases are almost impossible to prove AND, you have (despite what you may think) done damage to your own reputation.

if i were you, i would drop the lawyer, drop by to see dave, drop the anger/hatred/feelings of betrayal, drop a few appologies, and drop the issue.  oh yeah, don't drop any acid, we've all seen the drop in memory from drug use (sorry, had to lighten the mood a bit, hehe <img src="http://www.faunaclassifieds.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wink.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=';)'> ).

everyone wants to see an end to this and i highly doubt if anyone will be satisfied with what comes of "the end".   if i were you, i would use the money and time that you are spending on the lawyer and protecting your reputation and put it towards beefing up security, aquiring some new animals, advertising, and perhaps a pitcher of beer (or more, plus a taxi) for you and dave to split!  let the cops do their job and you do yours.  no one likes a bad guy and no one wants to see anyone portrayed as one.  especially in circumstances like this where it seems that nothing will EVER, and i repeat EVER, be resolved or proven conclusively.

best of luck to everyone.  i'm tired of reading this thread and i could care less if santa claus himself broke into neil's store.  too much brown waste has hit the fan and the facts have been told, retold, hashed, rehashed, confused, contorted, and twisted to the point that no one knows which way is up anymore.

Several pages ago (which I am SURE you read) I asked Dave why he would do this to a friend............
     From what Dave says, you emailed several people telling them that you believed that Dave was responsible for the break-in. I can't blame him if he is innocent and believes that you were trying to shift the attention away from yourself.  Anyone in his position would go on the attack, especially if they thought that you were guilty. You want us to believe that you have "NO CLUE"
 
That...I can talk about....I sold Alex the snake just as it was sold to me...with the explanation given of the snakes origin, with pictures of the supposed parents, and with a complete bloodline and family tree sheet....I sold it as I bought it...when this question arose, which I invited!! I immediately contacted Alex to tell him of the problem, and I contacted Trooper so I could get to the bottom of this (ask him yourself?)....I gave Alex, Trooper's name and told him to get pictures of all that stuff over to Trooper for verification...if there s ever any question...I will do what I've always done and I would make it right!! Why would you even think I would do anything else?? I can tell you this, though....if you read the other post..you'd see that Alex is very happy with him....no problems with the health or feeding of the snake at all...and it is turning blue!!! Why Alex doesn't answer your emails is his prerogative....do you blame him for not wanting to get in the middle of this??? If there turns out to be a problem...I'll fix it, and Alex knows that....so what's the problem??? You can "spin" this story in so many directions if you wanted to...and they could all sound plausible???

Casey...I guess I can address that....I never pointed a finger at Dave individually....I even told him to his face, as I told all my "friends", that, whoever did this knew me and my store intimately! It had to be one of about a dozen people, and I started rattling off a bunch of people, with his name included...now remember...I was saying this right to his face!! I've told everybody that has asked me...the same thing, because that's what I feel happened! ....Neil

I know this is hearsay, but....Ray Marteliz JUST called me to tell me that LAST WEEK,  Dave called to tell Ray that I PAID DAVE TO ROB MY STORE!!! I couldn't believe what I heard!!! Which means...DAVE was responsible, OUT OF HIS OWN MOUTH!!!! The cops WILL be informed right now!!

And Ray Marteliz himself said he never told Neil that.

The First post I put up bad about Neil was dated May 16 on Pg. 20. I talked Neil about stopping it  and then I spoke to his dad who told me "I will put a stop to Neil saying this,Because in a civil suit only the Attorneys get rich". (I told him that Neil was build a good case against him and the snake pit) at that point he said "Neil is a general manager and owns nothing".

So for 10 days Neil was sending e-mails and making phone calls. (some people on this board may have gooten one)I do know that I recieved calls and e-mails from people who did .They are willing to go to court on my behalf.I will keep thier names to myself (they are afaid that Neil will sue them and I am not going to push them.They said to keep them private and I will).Finally on the 16th I exploded I have not started it (as far as the pointing the finger) But I will end it.So if Neil ever says the he does not know why tell him to read his sent mails.

So out of the hundreds of emails I sent out about my burglary...Dave picks out 3 of them that I sent directly to Rich Zuchowski to be kept private!! Of course I had my suspicions after getting all that information?? I knew Rich was still in contact with the PI, so I asked if he could give this info to the PI so he could check out what I heard, because I knew it had to be someone I know (and I still think that!&#33<img src="http://www.faunaclassifieds.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wink.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=';)'>...Any of you would have done the same thing....obviously, you can't trust anybody to stay as neutral as they say they are gonna be!! You can contact the PI and defend yourself easily enough....why did you have to tell rich to tell the PI about Dave?

Is it because you wanted to shift the PI's focus from YOU to Dave?
 
Neil,The reason I used those e-mail was due to the fact they were already posted (with your permission) and I understand that there may be a legal issue If I posted a confidental e-mail without the senders ok.I never said I had thousands of them But I do have a few,these people are prepared to go to court against you.Whats wrong forget to tell your Attorney that you started all this "libelous" crap? Remember Neil you told and wrote people and the told and forwarded to me.Has antone noticed that with everyone that is/was defending Neil none from the Tampa Bay area.That is due to Neil telling his customers the I (Dave Lawson) was the person that broke into his store.....Isn't that slanderous? My attorney thinks so.Alot of Neil's clients were refered to him by me.I am well known for good quality animalsand people have seen me on the news for working with the Florida Panthers and doing Educational programs with kids about reptiles,So when Neil ran his mouth they ran to me.
 
No...that's not what happened....I did call Tom personally to ask him about what I had heard...as soon as I got him on the phone, he told me to never call him again, and if I did, he'd have me arrested! I couldn't understand why he was saying that? (seeing as I knew I did nothing wrong)....when I tried to ask why? He hung up....so, I emaied him later that day saying that "someone" was playing him....period....after that, I asked Rich to intervene....that was the extent of it....I have still not heard from Tom....

Had I known Rich was going to copy those emails "without" removing the names and phone numbers....I never would have given him permission to post them! (I told Rich that, too, in a subsequent conversation)....I forgot to mention it, and he posted them....there's your answer....Neil
 
Neil here is a idea for you,YOU pay Thomas Crowley (this time) but let Richie Luna make the contract with Mr. Crowley That way Crowley's finding can be posted in whole and when Crowley comes back with evidance saying you did the staging of the robberies we can trust Richie to post it.Now if you have nothing to hide this would be a way to clear "your good name".But remember it is a double edged sword when he comes back with saying you did it....You will be dancing with  bubba at the prison prom.

One more question for you Neil,How did your lasiks surgery go?

        You both know how hard it is for me to keep my mouth shut!  Right? So I wanted to remind the both of you about what happened a few months ago or so?  And that would be about the "SNAKE PERSON" who was doing some serious "STALKING"
in the Tampa Bay area.  Do you remember??  It was terrible!  This Snake Person was everywhere!!  Stalking, making threats, sneaking around taking pictures and breaking the law every inch of the way!!!!  There were Lawyers, the County Attorney and even the States Attorney were summoned to help bring this "SNAKE PERSON" to justice!!!!   And also some local Cops and Judges were in on the task of bringing this elusive "SNAKE PERSON" to justice!  Does anyone know where this "SNAKE PERSON" has gone to??  Could he or she be lurking n the shadows waiting to strike again??  With all of the legal threats that were flying around,  You would think someone would have been charged or even have been put into jail by this time?<img src="http://www.faunaclassifieds.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/confused.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt='???'>  Or did this "

I can answer that for you Tom,I am waitint on a court date for "Stalking" against the "snake person".I am told that we are looking at something like Aug. or Sept. But no I did not let him slither away.I do keep case # check # 01-19490 the latest thing with him and is wife.I did not stop then and I will not stop now.
