    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

My complete and total lack of humor is due to the seriousness of the accusations leveled at and by each of the main protagonists of this thread.  I was not offended by your joke.  

I just don't understand why everyone was demanding answers a day or two ago, a lawyer shows up, and now everything is funny enough for one of the main characters to be picking out who would play him the movie?  I, for one, am still upset about the whole thing, and while I may see some humorous things being written by you and others.  I'm not in the mood for playing when it comes to this thread.  I would still like to know the answers to my original questions I've always asked.

As to your political humor and suspicion that I might be a right-winger, I am a little to the right of Atilla the Hun.  <img src="http://www.faunaclassifieds.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wink.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=';)'>  However, I just think you are mistaken about who said "I can't recall" in the congressional investigation, but that's another issue.  

Anyway, I LOVE political humor (I graduated from Southwest Missouri State University with a B.S. in Political Science, and I'm working toward a M.A. in Public Administration), and I did not intend for my lack of humor about this thread to imply that I was upset in ANY WAY with what you said in your post!

I would like to say, as far as I go, nothing has changed between two days ago and now. I still want answers to the same questions as you do. In my eyes, this thread still contains the same seriousness as before. However, no PROOF is forthcoming from either of the protagonists. And there appears to be none forthcoming on the horizon. As I've said before, this topic has become a moot point/dead horse issue. To continue to grill for answers seems to me to be an exercise in futility. It has come down to a rehashed "he said she said" issue. Thus, the "beating a dead horse" mentality. Tell me this, would you rather have an all-out flame war? With nothing but a bunch of childish bickering and mudslinging? Or would you rather have moments of levity to contain an already explosive situation? Myself, I would rather have the questions answered, the accusations addressed, the proof put forward, and let this topic ride off into the sunset. But this isn't going to happen anytime in the near future. The ramifications here are too great. So until anything concrete is offered or any results appear, I say lighten up a bit. I think the characters in this would be better played by characters from the Simpsons.  Mr. Burns could play Niel, etc.

But really, I am surprised at all the attention this has recieved.  Isn't there anything on TV?  Don't any of you have hobbies or anything?  I am sure there are cages some of you should be cleaning.  I was directed to this thread by a friend, and only looked at after changing tadpole water and snake paper, so don't give me any grief.

I do not know the PI, and wish no offense to him but I bet Chief Wiggim could fill his role nicely.

For all of you who are wondering why I brought a lawyer into this mess, it's simple! I do things in THE LEGAL WAY!! Dave is trying to ruin my GOOD name, reputation, and business! No matter what I say or try to explain...it gets "spun" into whatever he WANTS IT to say! It's time I stopped this! If you folks really think that I brought Philip in just to shut him up?? You are WRONG! I brought Philip in to PROTECT my reputation! It is now time to TAKE ACTION, as I've said SO MANY times in the past! I will NOT just sit by and let you ALL think I'm guilty of ANYTHING (except, maybe a worthless memory (and I mean worthless) and a hair-pin temper)! I'm sorry, but when I get riled up, I say things that (sometimes) are the wrong things to say, or I get everything all jumbled up! Ask Angie?? I really can't remember CHIT without A LOT of notes (which I very rarely take).
Compare the two of us!! If you notice...I sent that to Rich Z. as a PRIVATE email...NOT for the public eye?? (As I said before...if I REMEMBERED to ask Rich to delete names and phone numbers BEFORE I agreed to let him post my emails...none of this would have happened, because even though the email was sent early in the month...nobody should have known about it until a couple of days ago when Rich posted it?? time line......
1.  You called the PI to cry to him that he had it all wrong.  That someone was playing him.  you found out you were a suspect
2.  The PI said he does not want you to talk to him again.
3.  That is when you decided to take things into your own hands....You could not change the Private investigator's mind about you....so you e-mailed Rich in hopes that he could get the PI off your @$$
 
Jeeze guys relax for a bit and wait for some hard facts.  It seems that the bashing has gone from between Neil and Dave, to everyone against anyone.  I just dont think there is a need for anymore guess work.  Everyone seems to want to lynch someone so bad they dont care whom it is, guilty or not.  I do not follow anyone blindly and can gather my own opinions, but dont you guys think your going a little hard on Neil with no facts.  His past track record with everyone here should at least deserve him a certain amount of respect until there is FACT proving otherwise.  So he pulled in a Laywer, hell, I would too if my GOOD name was being drug through the mud with nothing but circumstantial evidence that is to say the least, minute.  I personally dont know who Dave is so I have nothing to really say as I never read any of his posts until this, or visited his store/tables that I know of.                                                                                                                                                                             Since qoutes have become a tad popular here I have one for all of you!

the PI was  hired to investigate the December Break in.  NOT THE MAY BREAK IN

Why in the world would you give him leads to the May Break in?

You already knew he already stopped his investigation.  You knew that the guy was not paid.  You knew that James stole the money.  You knew that he was not investigating anyone anymore.....FOR NONE PAYMENT.

and you expect me to believe that you were trying to give him leads?   Is that a LIE or is that a temporary lapse of memory?
