On this one, I just am wondering...
Neil spoke to the Detective and was told something...
Dave retorts saying HE spoke to the Detective and was told something else...
He said...He said(no she involved)...
No one knows what was actually said...
The cycle continues.
And I am just curious about THIS(among MANY other things)...
What kind of police department assigns a robbery case to a detective whom they know is going on vacation? And if they knew this detective was going to be unavailable to work on the case(for how long now, over a week is it?), why not assign it to ANOTHER detective who is actually going to be around to do some detective work? I could be wrong, but in a city as large as Tampa, there would be more than one detective in the department who could handle a robbery case, wouldn't there? If that is the case, it sounds to me at least that the TPD isn't taking this particular issue all THAT seriously. There is a HUGE window now for those who committed the crime to cover up their tracks, destroy evidence, etc, etc...
And as far as Mr. Crowley goes...What if ANY report has been done? It seems to be the focus of many arguments here that attempt to incriminate Neil, but with everyone talking about it here that has never seen it(assuming it exists in the first place), and now with Mr. Crowley appearing to have ducked and/or covered, isn't anyone who attempts to use that report as the cornerstone of their arguments against Neil kind of talking out of their respective a$$es? Please, I hope noone gets super offended(a little offended is okay <img src="http://www.faunaclassifieds.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/tounge.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt='

'> ), but that is just how I view all the PI report talk.
Really in my book, there seem to be two parties who have definitely dropped the ball on this case(at least in my perspective, and mine only)...
1. Tom Crowley, PI. Do I need to go into it?
2. Tampa Police Department. At least from what I have seen of their involvement from postings in this thread, it just doesn't seem they care all that much about solving this case quickly.
Anyway, my two cents, don't know if this post will stay as it might not be considered relavant. I just hope for everyone's sake this all gets sorted out. Neil, good luck on finding who jacked the store.
